I had toured this property last week sometime and it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was very very friendly! There was a young man named Kaden and he was very very helpful with showing me around and answering any and every question I had. Definitely the best experience I have had looking for an apartment with staff and property! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family!

I absolutely love my unit at Boca Raton, the amenities and my neighbors here. However, for anyone considering to lease here, I would seriously reconsider renting here per the ongoing problems with the assistant manager Don who works at the front desk. I have personally witnessed her yelling at other residents while at the front desk, I have also been subject to her horrible and unprofessional treatment of myself and my family. Do yourself a favor and stay away for this place
As we were moving out we chatted to other residence, as you do, they ALL had the same problems,
These are only the big ones. If you choose to live here you'll find many more.
*Lost my mail 4 times (and some friends who were staying with us, 2 times ). They then would take NO responsibility for it. If you're looking at living here ask to see the mail room, you' ll understand why
* Can only move from 9-5 week-days which means you must take days off work to move. (This includes deliveries ) We were told this only after signing

The property was terribly maintained and was constantly dropping letters on everyone's doors threatening to fine you.
I left there 7 weeks ago and have not received my deposit yet. I emailed and they said they sent it 4 weeks ago. I asked for the tracking number and "we don't track them"
So I asked if they could cancel the check and resend a new one and they wanted to charge me a 25 dollar fee to reissue a new check
It's all 21-25 year old kids running the office and it's a nightmare dealing with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me to send an

Absolutely love this place! I have never experienced any issues with insects or rats. I doubt they exist at this property. Staff cleans almost everyday everything: carpet, elevators and maintaining territory really great. No concerns at all!!!! Guarded community, cameras everywhere; secure and amazing place to live.

Infested with rats. What sucks is that the main owners live in California instead of here - which is why they don't care. They've installed mouse traps but those are just for tiny little mice, not the gigantic rats which live in the underground garage here. What's worse is that they don't realize what a problem their lack of care is causing the entire block. I've even seen a cat get eaten by these things and that's a disgrace because even tho it should be the other way around, there are Many of them vs one kitty and the kitty was homeless so maybe not in the

Why in these pictures Boca Raton don't show all the Dog crap that is scattered around the property??
This is a one star property with major problems. When you sign your lease they tell you policy allows you to have small dogs....
People have very over sized dogs crapping all over the property, even on the side walks.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Jill the HOA manager is rude and doesn't reply to any criticism or questions. She now wants to charge you when your keys stop working from no fault of your own. She's concerned about "keeping the community beautiful" so people aren't allowed to hang holiday wreaths. This is a joke. There is graffiti in the elevator, the railings in the elevator have been ripped off, there are multiple holes in walls, bleach stains on the carpets, broken plugs and broken lights none of which are repaired and the latest is the elevator buttons that are missing are

Washer dryer combo clothe never smells good I've had them come take a look at it and nothing same thing.
Super old appliances, everything is old.
The hallways smell bad especially after they "steam clean" they go through a really bad company and I know this because I hired them to steam clean my sofa, rug and mattress. It didn't clean anything just left everything wet. TERRIBLE!

The only pros to living here are that the people who work in the leasing & concierge are standardly nice, especially considering the massive amount of unhappy residents I'm sure they deal with on a daily basis (myself included). Also, the units themselves are pretty nice but really weird to have no drawers in the kitchen.

Boca Ratón has so far been my favorite place to reside in. All of management is friendly and the concierge helps you with just about any questions or concerns you have and they are very accommodating. Security is 24 hours and they keep things in order. I've never felt safer than I do here. I highly recommend Boca Raton as a place of residence. The neighbors are also very friendly.

1. Community Management Group Managers can never be reached by phone, 2. Community Management Group Managers don't return phone calls or respond to written complaints, 3. Community Management Group monthly billing statements contain wrongful charges, 4. HOA dues under Community Management Group have increased by more than 30 percent (a ten percent increase of HOA dues plus power charges that were not billed for many prior years), 5. -Peaceful neighborhood
-Right off the 15
-Right in between Southpoint casino (games/restaurants/movies/bowling) and Townsquare outdoor mall (Bars, good eats, good stores, & a whole foods)
I like living for an HOA Mid Rise 2-bedroom condo. Gorgeous to pull up to not to a remote gate but the security check-in, 2 Building complex with elevators going up to the 9th floor. Very clean and spacious outdoor living with quiet neighbors. Underground assigned parking

My lease includes a flat rate for ALL utilities. In the middle of my lease, Boca sent me a bill for "utilities"....along with all the other renters. The leasing office said "Some of the terms of the lease have been changed." HOW IS THAT LEGAL?! Luckily my lease is up in a month and I will never be coming back here ever again. I would never recommend this place for anyone unless you are okay with getting ripped off.

I love living at Boca!! It's quiet, all the residents are friendly and concierge is always very pleasant and helpful! The units have high quality furnishing and it does have the feel of a hotel. They're pet friendly and many residents have doggies. However, I did have a few hiccups during move-in. For example, you have to reserve an elevator for your move in date for a selected time slot. I showed up with a moving company and the security guard told me the moving truck could not enter because they only had space for 2 trucks at a time and 2 trucks were already there. I was very upset
