I have been waiting over a month to get my deposit back after applying and not getting approved. I was told it would take a week to get back to me. Ever since then I have reached out multiple times and no one can ever seem to give me an answer or call me back when they say they’re going to. It’s honestly getting ridiculous. Glad I rented somewhere else. Looks like I’m out all that money I dropped on the place because they can’t seem to get it together to give it back to me.

If you want a happy place to live ... DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! The Management is a JOKE. All you get is a bitter, unhappy, extremely rude woman who does nothing at her job but send you nasty grams. If you have a problem, it will not be resolved. It will go in for months until you get tired of asking and by that time your so frustrated you move instead of wasting anymore time. If you have an animal or pet, you will be non stop harassed about it until Jenny sends you a nasty gram ordering you to remove it or you will be evicted. You get these random unexplainable charges on your bill that you HAVE

It is clear that the management does not make it a priority to satisfy their tenants. I called to have a matter taken care of months ago. When I called to follow up a different employee answered and there was no documentation from the first phone call. Their lack of communication is costing me $850. I reached out the Lund Company (their owners) and they were no help either. Needless to say, we are leaving these apartments on a bad note.

I rented a remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment in August 2017.
+ points: The apartment itself is very clean and good and I like it a lot.
The neighborhood is very calm and quiet and close to the downtown. Most of the residence have dogs (I don't) and you may hear their barks sometime.
They have an overall good maintenance service and I did not have any issue with that.
- Points: Everything was brand new when I got the apartment except the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen, bathtub, mirrors, and windows. They replaced the mirrors and windows very quickly after my request however you may expect

Maintenance is better than average and the buildings and grounds are kept pretty clean. Close to downtown and hwy 77 & the interstate. Wish the pool was bigger, but at least it's kept up and not nasty like the last place I lived. Overall a good place for the money and great location for me working downtown.
