A Four Point Inspection Report often allows you to shop the best prices for your homeowner's insurance. A Four Point Inspection is typically required on older homes built prior to the 1980s. Sometimes these inspections are used by insurance companies to determine if they are willing to provide insurance on a home in its current state and/or determine what improvements would need to be made in order to insure the home.
