Wow just by reading past reviews I'm not surprised at the 5 star ratings. Amanda Green is by far the best Realtor I've had the pleasure of working with in finding a home. She's very polite and attentive has very good quality skills in her line of profession. I would definitely keep her as a contact. Will be referring all I know looking to buy, rent or sell. I worked with Priscilla Trevino (no relation) and she was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. When my wife and I started looking we found a home that looked perfect. We asked our realtor to go to the property and he told us it was gone already. We were disappointed but moved on. I kept looking it up waiting for the property to be removed from the web even after making an offer on another house. The property was never removed, In fact its still for sale even now that I've closed on another house down the road. I have a bitter taste in my mouth every time I drive by the house that should have been ours. That is still for sale even now.

My fiancee and I recently purchased our first home in San Antonio. Brandon Essick was our realtor and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Brandon answered every and any question we had immediately, was thorough in all of his research, was very responsive, and he just made the entire experience so much easier than I could have imagined. I cannot speak to VIP Realty as a whole since obviously we only dealt with our realtor Brandon Essick.
Brandon was absolutely hands OFF when dealing with the sale of our house. In order to get any information or have him do anything for us we always had to initiate the contact. There were more than ample lies that he would tell when it came to why he did not get back to us in a timely manner. As the seller I have never had to do so much work not just to sell my house, but to make sure that the realtor was doing his job. My experience with VIP realty was you might as well sell your house yourself
