I looked at one of there apartments with them and then I asked her when it would be available she said that it was alert taken. Which confused me of why she showed me an apartment that was already taken ?Then She also stated I had to give the deposits to hold an apartment before even looking at what I would be renting..Then she stated that they would have many available but couldn’t give me any dates... then when she did she said that they weren’t available anymore. Bad service all in all

I have been living here for about 8 years, I am still very happy with the service that management provides. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues that I report. And finally the City of Garland is repairing the Main Street that leads to our apartments. I am so comfortable here that I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

I have been here for 1year and 2month , I had my car sticker and they tolled my car , the apartment lady said its up to the toll truck company to charge me or not , this is so in sane ,after calling the toll truck company and they confirmed that my sticker was on the car but at that time they didn't see it , they still ask me to pay half of the money ... so funny how people scheme people. If I live in an apartment and my apartment management support this scheme than this is not a place where any one should live.

Well I have lived at Fox Bend apartments for a while the last two complex that I lived in took them for ever to get things repaired I had a ceiling caving in my living room and floor was wet due to a roof leak for 3 weeks.what I like about the Fox Bend apartments is that if I call the office to have a repair in my apartment it's done by the time I get back from work in the afternoon, the office staff will always call me if their is a problem, with parts or of I need to move something so that my things are not damaged. Emergency calls are done right away, I'm not left without a/c or heat ......
