At Northwood Ridge Apartments, we believe in creating a sense of home and community for all of our residents. Located in Spokane Valley, WA, Northwood Ridge offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes! Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Pitbull, and/or any mix of the aforementioned breed(s).
2 The total refundable deposit is $500, and there is also an additional $200 non-refundable fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM. During these times, please be mindful of your neighbors. Turn music/TV down to a reasonable level, and keep noise to a minimum in breezeways and parking lots. Maintenance requests can be found in your leasing office, in the clubhouse area, or through your online leasing portal.

Management is constantly changing and impossible to get a hold of. Appliances breakdown and then they hold you responsible for fixing them. Parking totally sucks and it’s impossible to find a spot most night, but they’ll tow if you park on the road. Honestly, the location is wonderful and the view was to die for but the way this complex is run is honestly embarrassing.

We have lived here twice. Once a couple years ago for 2 years and currently here for about a month. Theres a reason we came back to northwood ridge when we moved back to spokane. I don't know what all the complaints are for. The apartment is run by good management, its clean, they keep up on towing with parking permits, and the apartments themselves are well maintained and cleaned well between residents. This place is great!

Sheila is by far the best in the office. Very caring and will handle anything you come up with. She gets along with anyone and her coworkers are always on top of what you want. Even in parking, which is one of the top two things I would worry about, she will listen and try to help. Thanks for always helping Sheila. And thanks for being patient when I had my stroke. Love you from me and my boy. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!

I have lived at these apartments for a little over three years and I can honestly say that I was never treated with anything but respect by those that work here. The apartments themselves are cute and clean, the area is adorable and fun to walk around in the warmer months, and I always felt safe here. Special shout out to Sheila who works in the office, she is one of the kindest, funniest people, but she will also make sure that any complaints you have are taken care of immediately and effectively.

We have lived here for 5 months now and we have very little to complain about. We absolutely love Sheila the manager! I don't know why there are so many poor comments about the management but then again those are from a while ago. Sheila is very easy to talk to, she seems very reasonable, and is super passionate about making sure you are comfortable in your apartment and if anything needs fixed she tried to alert the maintenance guy right away.
We live on the top floor so we have an amazing view, and we hardly notice the noise. Obviously when we have our windows open that makes it louder, and

I have lived here for a year, and it couldn’t have gone better! Sheila is an amazing landlord, super kind, understanding, and friendly. The apartment itself is spacious, private, and calm. What a place! What a person. If you’re looking for a nice place with a friendly face and great person as a landlord, this is the place! :D

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and even if you bought a parking pass and there are no spots open. it’s ok they give warnings to people with no pass saying you may get towed. but when I park by the curb out of the way I get towed because people are taking up my spot! makes sense. now I gotta pay over 400$ to get my car back. and i’m late for work! that’s a good way to start the day. I just recently made a long distance move to Spokane. All I had to go by were virtual visits and brief phone conversations with the different leasing offices.
To be fair I can't say anything bad about any of the people I spoke with but, Sheila made a great first impression on me!; she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and funny; all of which made my decision much easier.
So with this plus seeing my new home for the first time both from the outside and on the inside I knew I had made a good decision.
