The Residences at the Manor is one of the quietest places I've ever lived and I've rented a bit for my young age. The grounds are well kept. Our unit feels very well insulated, and the staff are responsive and kind (especially Tammy)! As a family of 4 with 2 small children, we are very happy with our decision to move here.

The Residences at The Manor by Horning Brothers Inc. is a wonderful place to stay, albeit long or short. The amenities are abundant for it's location, the location itself is very well placed and the staff of The Residences are extremely welcoming, they follow through and are on their toes the best they can, at all hours possible.
I'll have been here a year at the end of this summer. The Residences at The Manor here is an old mansion, a manor, surrounded by beginning with the 3 story places east, then more 4 story places headed west. A bit north is a path that leads through a very very nice park

Roach infested apartment buildings Chesapeake/Saratoga apartment on Connecticut Avenue. Pay $1850 for this! Emptied cabinets 3 times and now they want me to do it again! No sorry no money off my rent for this. Someone else caused the infestation. Not me! Management is the worst. DO NOT LIVE HERE LIPSTICK ON A PIG! NEXT CALL TO DCRA!

Hi: Previously, I lived in the Brookland Ridge Apts. for around 10 yrs. I returned to these apts, in 2018 as they have always had what I like-Friendly and hard working staff, value for your money, and a pretty environment filled with trees. It feels like its a nice getaway when I come home. Management is consistently fair in dealing with requests and issues and my work orders have been done in a timely manner and professionally. I recommend Brookland Ridge Apts enthusiastically.

Have lived at The Residence at the Manor in Frederick, Maryland for over 18 years. The Property Management people are terrific, rock stars in fact, and the maintenance guys are great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live at a good price.

I'm a current resident who was locked out of my apartment building because my key fob stopped working. The rental property said they reset the system but refused to let me check if my key fob was the problem. So I was stuck outside for 30+ minutes in the heat waiting without any information on how to get in.

This management company is the absolute worst! DO NOT RENT from this Management company. The plumbing was an issue every week during the year that we rented there. The appliances were sub-par. The half-houses and their tenants were equally as FRIGHTENING! The only thing positive I can say about this company is that the young ladies that manage the office are professional and attentive. I just received my security deposit which was short by almost $200 for NO reason. After a year of below standards living, for high priced rent, we gladly vacated the premises on the last day of the month with

The management in this company is AWFUL. I have had a series of problems while living in one of their properties that have yet to be addressed. I feel as long as I pay my rent they will not respond to my requests that need to be fixed. I do not think I should have to go to court to get these things fixed and take a day off of work. After 18 months I still don't have screens in my windows. The MOISTURE build is making all of my belongings damp. The FLOODING from upstairs has also created MOLD problems. Their properties in NorthWest DC get better service than the properties in NorthEast...
