I been here for two years. Glen oaks is one of the best complexes here in Tallahassee. Im originally from New Jersey. If you have a problem, Ms. Adrian solves it promptly. She is the only one I deal with in the office. Never had a problem with her service. She breaks everything down to be easier understood.

Checked out the website and it looked ok. Clicked on the link for availability and saw units available. I called and was told nothing was available then or for them next month. The leasing agent was abrupt and dismissive like me asking her about rentals was bothering her. I kept looking for apartments, but that stuck with me and 3 days later I checked the website. The apartments were still available online. Now I was just curious, so while I was on my way to another complex, I stopped by. Yes, in fact the units were available. I guess she just couldn't be bothered.

I would not recommend anyone to move here. The current time is 1:03 a.m. and my neighbors upstairs are literally running from one end of their apartment to the other right now. I have complained several times to the leasing office about this issue and the noise complaints have been overlooked. It seems like no one has a curfew around here with kids that look to be in elementary school knocking on your door and running away at 10 p.m. Please save your money along with your piece of mind by not moving here!

The initial application process seemed to go okay but I ended up not being able to move in at the time an Apt was available and was told I would be refunded. This was in Aug, it's Dec now and I have never received or been contacted about a refund. I tried to follow-up around Oct but was told they would investigate why I didn't receive a refund. Never heard back. I don't think that's right to just leave people hanging and make excuses as to why the refund hasn't been issued.
