Was looking forward to staying here but for some reason the office staff has no communication skills what so ever. Applied showed income and everything was waiting for apartment to open up 1 month goes by you don’t hear anything from them. I call to check up to see how things are going supposeively they sent me a email. ( THAT I NEVER GOT, mind you I check my emails every morning.) & that my time has expired I’d need to apply and do another application like what!?? You should be calling applicants to let them know what’s going on with there place not thru email!! Which they never sent! Don’t

The most expensive laundry I have seen in an apartment setting. I believe the washers and dryers date back to 1943 and they are almost always out of order. $2.25 to wash and $2.00 to dry your clothes in a nasty old used up wash machine. They never get cleaned by anyone. Oh, and the best part is that you may only use a plastic card to pay and u may only refill that card by going into the office during their business hours. Not only is it inconvenient but the office ladies are very burdensome as well. Very rude and always in your personal business.

I love it here! Moved here a month ago, site unseen. And it is just like the photos. Beautiful apartment and grounds are kept up nicely. The staff is VERY friendly and in formative! My neighbors are nice and friendly too. Don't understand these bad ratings. I have not seen anything wrong here. LOVE IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND it to anyone.

Was very interested in looking to move here. The tour was nice, didn’t like the laundry-mat because it was not only hot but it smelled bad too. I also didn’t like how it was never mentioned that we had to have a co-signer since it was myself and my brothers first being tenants (potentially) ever. Kaitlin was very sweet and polite. But the co-signer thing was deal breaker. Not really fair tbh.

Worst apartments around in Tucson. Cockroach infestation in almost every apartment. I had a year lease here and the maintenance is horrible. Did a walk through before I moved in and there was a list of things wrong with the place that was supposed to be fixed and never was. If you can take your family somewhere else. Also had reported my neighbor multiple times for looking into people’s apartments and they never did anything about it. Definitely not a safe or sanitary place to take a family.

The office staff are excellent. The maintenance staff are great and fast. The grass is beautiful. The apartment feels private and comfortable. There are really nice trees here and landscaping. The rent is a fair price. The manager is amazing and has gone out of her way to be very, very helpful. I have lived here for 4.5 years. It really feels like home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is also pet friendly. Ten 🌟s!!!!!

I have lived here for a year and 3 months. I rarely had any issues within my first year here, but mostly because I didn't bother with calling in about not having hot water. I decided to just live with it. When you have to turn on the water in the shower and wait for more than 10 minutes for it to warm up, there's an issue. But I beared with it and just kept it to myself. Besides the water gets shut off almost every month for some type of repairs.

I lived here for 3 years in a third-floor unit. It was my first apartment as a college student, and I want to address some of the things I've seen in other reviews:
1. The bugs: We almost never had an issue with pest control (maybe due to the fact that our cats were excellent bug catchers), and when we did notice several dead bugs behind our fridge, someone from pest control was sent almost immediately. We did find strange little dead bugs in our furniture upon moving out, but never had any bites.
2. Weed/crime: Remember that this is a college town, and east Tucson isn't exactly a suburb. For

New resident and loving it here already. Nice staff, clean property and pet friendly. My apartment was in pristine condition at move in. The only thing that I found wrong was my stove burner was a little bent and the hot water was not hot enough. As soon as I put in the work order no more than 3 days later the maintenance guy came and fixed it. The maintenance guy was very friendly and was great with my dog. She's very hyper and he ended up playing with her for a minute which was great in my eyes due to her being my big baby! For those of you who have pets know what I'm talking about.
