Luckily I did not decide to sign a contract with them, the communication with the management is terrible after I pay the 500 dollars they tell me that after 72 hours I lose them and I have been calling them for more than a week to let them know of my decision. Now I filed a complaint with the Business Bureau and waiting to go to court for the refund of my money. I do not want to imagine how bad it is for people who choose to leave the complex.
Also after they respond to the comment of the review and say that contact them to reach a solution, they never answer you again, they only answer the review

Mom and Dad who are in their 80's (but active) wanted to sell their home and move closer to me. The first apartment complex I visited was Park Lane South. After speaking with the staff, and seeing the apartments, we signed the lease. Mom and Dad were very happy living there. The neighbors were friendly, and mom loved to walk to all the stores on Transit Rd.
Jennifer and her staff were always professional and very friendly. They told me they would see mom walking in the complex and I knew that mom and dad were in "good hands" having Jennifer and her staff there.
I highly recommend Park Lane South

I lived at Park Lane for 2 years and everything was great. I spoke with Jennifer and Casandra the most and both of them were incredibly helpful with the move in and move out process. They were always able to help me out no matter how many times I bugged them! I have next to no complaints about the apartments themselves either. The upper units can get warm in the summer but the AC units help with that. The floors can be creaky in places but I never had any issues with noise; you can't here the people around you. The one maintenance concern I had over the entire time I was there was addressed within

I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The longer I'm here the better it is. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and quick with a response to any questions. I'm actually moving to another area of the complex. I'm excited for another fresh start. Big thanks to Jen and her staff for all of the help making the transition a smooth one.

I needed to get out of my current living situation as soon as possible and all the ladies in the office were more than willing to do whatever they could do find me an apartment at Park Lane. They were so helpful and patience with me as I was going back and fourth with my move in dates. I called and said I needed a place ASAP and they got someone cleaning an apartment for me that same day. I couldn’t be happier with my time spent at Park Lane. All my maintenance issues were resolved quickly and done properly. I would highly recommend Park Lane.

Lived in Park Lanes West (2 bedroom) from Jan-Aug of 2017 while I was working with a local company for an internship. The general area is really nice because its close to just about everything which is convenient. The apartment itself is acceptable. The kitchen is a little small for two people but otherwise fine. The bathroom is bigger than average apartments which is nice!
However, management is complete trash. For the entire duration of my stay I was missing a fridgerator drawer which was reported six times while I was there. I never got my drawer. There is a strong lack of communication with

This is the crown jewel of apartments in Lancaster Depew area. The staff is professional friendly & helpful in every way imaginable. The rooms are large & you have many options when you are moving in. The lease is reasonable & the maintenance staff is responsive & also very helpful at anytime of day or night or week-end. It seems as if they respond to every possible want or need before you can even ask about it. I recommend these apartments highly & hope to see you here soon!
