Between the mold issues, AC issues, and pest issues we’ve had to deal with the front desk a lot. We had to put in multiple requests for them to fix a mold problem that we are STILL dealing with. Haven’t reached out to us once to check on anything despite there being serious inquiries on black mold. I had to convince maintenance to come back and meter our wall (ended up being +50% moisture after being “fixed”) before they would redo it. We still have water damage down our wall from the apartment above us leaking and it’s now spreading to our kitchen. Don’t live here.

Management is ALWAYS AWESOME! I literally love my apartment layout, though the trees have been dying lately and the windows are very thin so I get blasted with summer heat. I know that they have been working on it, and Covid doesn't make anything easier these days! Awesome amenities and nice people around.

I love living here, the staff and maintenance are always so helpful! When our water heater went out it was immediately replaced. This is the 3rd apartment that I've lived at in the Phoenix Valley and by far my favorite, my dogs love it here too. We have lived here for a year now and just renewed for another. The landscape is very well taken care of, the valet trash service is something I never knew I needed but it is so convenient when I am unable.

My family has been here for well over 4 years and here's my experience:
The landscape people love to blow leaves at 8am when I'm trying to sleep after working a 12 hour shift (this place isn't night shift friendly) , they tell me what I can/can't have on MY PATIO when I'm the one who pays their extremely expensive rent, there's always different charges that I have to pay, the pools are dirty, the office never calls you back, takes forever for maintenance to fix something yet they always want to come in your apartment to do something? Makes no sense oh and the sprinklers

I was in search of an apartment in a short amount of time back in December of 2019..I had been denied by a couple of different complexes due to bad credit that didn't meet there standards ..There was only a couple of places i was looking at due to the amenities like a gas range was a plus for me and this place had it..I took a chance with vista grove apartments thinking i was gonna get denied again but i had to try ...i had met with Lexi a wonderful young lady with a great personalty she helped me through the whole process ..i had kept calling and calling her to ask question of this and that and

I have lived here almost a year and literally not 1 issue. when i needed to take my ex fiancé off of my lease, the management team had it done that same day with no problems whatsoever. i recently gave my 60 day notice prior to this global COVID-19 pandemic and then realized i needed more time to figure things out. i called the leasing office and they had my problem solved in less than an hour. if i didn't need to move closer to work, i would have stayed here another year MINIMUM. huge thank you to Vista Grove and the wonderful staff for their help and kindness. this is a wonderful place

To be completely honest, I'd give zero stars if this was an option. First of all, the management team is entirely focused on money grabbing... base rent is a dark joke.. expect to be paying community utility fees but see consistent disrepair to the property such as broken sprinklers that don't just water the grass but turn your dwelling into a sloppy flooded muddy mess. Expect to get ear infections from the pool that is just not kept clean enough...
But it doesn't end there...

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years, & have overall found it to be a decent place to live. Rent was reasonable, the area was clean, the amenities were maintained, maintenance was absolutely great, & the office staff is friendly. Their deposit was also one of the more reasonable ones I found. I had no issues with loud neighbors, & found it more quiet than other apartments, even though I was near the main road & sonic. Parking is great, so you can freely bring visitors without worrying about it. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have lived here for about 4 years now and I love it. The area is clean and we taken care of. The property is well lit and secure which is very important to me especially because I live alone. Also, I have had no problems with the office staff. The manager I believe her name is Monica has always been fair and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this community to anyone.

This has been a great place to live. I personally found the management to be very kind and understandable I tough situations. Gloria has always been very nice to my wife and I as we have been living at vista grove. When it comes to maintenance I don't think we ever waited more than a day for them to show up to fix something. Overall a very pleasant place to live and I would recommend to anyone!

They are crooks and i paid 200.00 for a pet deposit when i moved out, they charged me over what paid in my pet deposit!! This place is nothing more then a hotel 6!! I was there for a year and it was a complete nightmare, kids yelling 24/7, no peace and quiet!

Awful! Me and my wife as poor newlyweds rented from Vista Groves apartments in Mesa, the buildings were good and the price was decent for the space. We loved the location, close to the freeway and Dana Park. The staff on hand was nice too. But anything that came from the office was garbage!!
We left the apartment two months early because we got into a house. We paid the rent for each month which we were ok with, but then on top of the utilities that weren't being used, we were charged all transfer fees companies gave to the apartmensts, the complex then passed those fees on to us
