At first glance place seems nice but I would never recommend staying here. My children and I where sick the entire month we stayed there and room was full of mold. Curtains full of it which I do have pictures. Neighbor next door was full of roaches and i watched them clean the room out so probably whole place has it. Had no smoke detectors either. Pool was nasty and I about hurt myself sitting in one of there broken pool chairs. Staff made an appointment with me to change curtains and never showed up or changed them. They also said once a week they clean air filters…never once did they come in

Well been here since the end of December it is now January 22nd 2021 I feel comfortable here plan on staying here for a while until I and my husband and my roommate to be from North Carolina comes to Florida and we all find a house together I heard from where the mouth that near Orlando Florida The Villa inn is nice but back to the Serena and I've been here a month they've had pest control already once I did not call them I guess that's a routine they do here and as far as roaches go I have to disagree with the other people I have not seen one route Roach so that's my experience as far as cleaning

I’ve been here for close to 2 weeks now with my 2 daughters. I’m starting fresh in Florida for us, and was looking for a decent affordable place for us to stay until I’m able to get us into something bigger. I found this place on Craigslist Orlando.
So far, so good. No bugs, close to stores and restaurants, comfy beds, very nice staff, cool neighbors, and an overall decent place to start over (short term), or stay here long term (I don’t judge people’s situations).
I like that everything such as the front office, and the laundry/vending machines room (except for maintenance) is open

This hotel is awful and the GM is even worse. Do not recommend. You're better off in your car. The rooms are full of mold, walls patched poorly. Extremely ride employees. Over run with roaches. They even get into your car if it's parked in front of your room. There a kids running everywhere unsupervised on bikes, scooters, skateboards
