The property is okay. They raise the rent each year even though they don't make any improvements to the property. It's an okay place to live for a little bit but my personal recommendation is that you don't stay for too long. It's generally quiet and maintenance has always been responsive and helpful. The people in the office seem to change pretty regularly.

I have lived here 6 years. It has been mostly ok but I've had a couple of issues with trying to get them to repair the common things like washers and dryers which no one seems to think they're responsible for fixing. I would be nice if they built a small playground for some of the kids around here, there is so much empty space for one, and when the pool is closed smaller kids don't have anything to do.
I probably wouldn't be so nitpicky but my rent has gone up a lot over the years with no improvement to the property at all.

Live here for 3 years,
Pros:
*Maintenance are almost instant, call/email them and they'll usually come within the day itself or the next day.
*They setup an online rent paying system that works, saving you lots of checks.
*Clubhouse can be reserved to host parties and gatherings (never used it, but it sure is a perk I don't get to see in other apartments)
*Clubhouse amenities are well maintained (External/Indoor basketball court especially)
Cons:
*House insulation isn't good (And I'm afraid of cold making it a double no-no)
*Kitchen sink's tap is positioned too low, forcing you to use a

After living here for 2 years we have not had any issues. The pool is always clean and we love all the amenities. We never hear any neighbors either. I love being so close to the highway and restaurants.The only thing I would change is to be able to paint the walls. Other than that I highly recommend anyone looking to move in harrison to live here!

I really enjoy it here! I have lived here for almost 3 years. The office staff is very kind and welcoming. The landscaping is gorgeous and everything they have to offer at the clubhouse from the swimming pool, tanning bed and the fitness center is really nice. I have to say my favorites are the theater room and the indoor basketball courts! Who else has that! The maintenance staff is very knowledgable and so helpful.The apartments are extremely quiet. I never hear my neighbors and they never hear me, which is a good thing since I have 2 toddlers! I would absolutely recommend checking this place
