I’ve gotten pedis my entire life and NO ONE has ever rubbed me as good as Ying. She gets every knot out of my feet which is wonderful since I work on my feet. She’s so sweet and calming, definitely one of the best.I suggest Ying for EVERY pedicure. That being said I’ve also brought friends and family and Lori and Kitty Cat are also wonderful!! Those 3 are a KILLER trio💜

*Edit 12/26/21*: Went back in tonight to have them fixed per the owners response (response was on Google Review). Only awarded three stars because the man at the front desk tried to blame me for them looking bad. He also tried telling me it was going to be an additional $25 to have them fixed. After arguing for about ten minutes he decided to have them fixed for free. Still probably won't be back.

Been going here for years but my last 3 visits were disappointing to say the least. Went back out of comfort and convenience but the result was the same below average service.
I only get pedicures and It seems like there are new staff members and their skill level is lacking, my last service I could have done at home and saved my $40.00.
I don't normally post but just wanted to let that be known for others considering patronizing their business; I'm looking for a new spot for my next service.

Wow are used to use Lavender a couple years back they were reasonable had amazing tax and always left a lasting impression including one that of course left with your nails… After moving back to the Frisco area, I returned to Lavender… I would have easily become A return customer however, what they charge me was outrageous and for that, I’ll find somebody in the general vicinity that can do them for a reasonable amount… I’m sorry I don’t care if the cost of everything has gone up, so has the wait times, And the stress of dealing with fewer employees… I will not return.

Let me tell you if you I do not leave reviews many places. But Wendy... she KILLS IT. EVERY TIME. I have used her at 2 different nails spas and she does amazing every time. She is very detailed oriented. She's an amazing conversationalist, I love Wendy. Kills it every time. I cannot recommend her enough! Go see her! There hours are awesome, they are open late which is great for my schedule, full service bar! This place is awesome! I go there every time and they kill it every time

Edit to add: I contacted your store after I got your response and left a message with Kim for you to call me. I’ve still heard nothing other than Kim trying to tell me the girl had allergies that’s why she was “crying”. Uhm, no. She did not have allergies. She told me her dad died 2 hrs before she came to work.
I do not fault the girl who did my nails. I fault management for making her work when she just found out her dad died! I got my nails done Thursday, today is Monday and the gel is already lifting. The poor girl doing my nails was sobbing the whole time. I asked her why she was there

Went in for a black french. The lines were awful, there were bumps everywhere, my nails were see through. kept pointing stuff out but after a while i just gave up. paint was see through. went back today to get them redone. asked him what would be easier since french was not good. got black ombré. still looks horrible. the coat is so light my nails look clear in the sun. it’s been about 9 hours since i got it and all the tips have chipped off. i just wish i could get my $85 back. i don’t have money to just waste. will probably get these taken off tomorrow. what a waste.

This was my first time coming here almost a month ago... I've been looking for a super clean, and most of all NAILS THAT LAST! With me at about the 2 week point I start to get lifting and cracking with my acrylics, but Cindy is such an awesome tech she suggested a beautiful shape and color for me, put the time and energy into my nails and my nails have STAYED PUT! Not even snagging in my hair over 3 weeks later!!! The pictures I'm posting is when they were finished (don't mind my red cuticles I'm a skin biter not the salons fault) and today as I'm writing this. Great salon

Do not go. Major infection from pedicuring cutting out an ingrown I didn't ask him to. Just told him to file my nails down short.
Went to podiatrist and it's become completely infected and is now filled with fluid. Can't walk on my foot right now.
I'm FURIOUS.
Also they talked each other the entire time during our entire pedicure and were distracted the entire time.

Horrible quality of work. My dipped nails were rushed and lasted 6 days, normally, I only get a new set every three weeks. I needed a place to go to as my normal tech was on vacation. My nails were cracked and breaking by day 4. Natural nails that I have grown to be healthy were in shambles after coming here. The girl that did my nails rushed and wanted to nap in the back room instead of doing a decent job. It took two days to clean my hands from my soak off. I would NEVER come here again.

Would you believe I got my nails done at 6pm yesterday? Yes not even 24 hours ago and they look two weeks old, the design already He has a chipped off. This was the work of Jessica. Michelle normally does my nails and is amazing, she may not always get my shape right but her work is A+.
Jessica stated she works 6 days a week and was rushing the entire time. Michelle was off so I booked with Jessica. Never again!!!! Definitely not the quality of work I received when I get my nails done at the lavender bar. $65 wasted.

I am one busy mama and didn’t have time before 7pm to get my nails … I did a google search and called lavender and they were so kind over the phone and even kinder when I arrived… the service was fast and professional! Ann did a great job and was so kind a very personable! So glad you guys were open… I will most definitely be back with friends!! They even have a full bar!!!What a perfect idea for a girls night!

Awful customer service! The employees are so rude and inconsiderate. A friend and I went to get our nails done and the process felt rushed from the moment we walked in. My nail broke 10 hours after leaving the salon. When I came back, they tried to reschedule me to a different day. The girl that redid my nail was very harsh and cold!

I got a pedicure and almond shaped dip (with a tip). To start, my pedicure was great and no complaints there.
As soon as I walked in I felt like I was being rushed around and like I was an inconvenience even though I had an appointment booked. I was there at opening and the place was basically empty so it wasn't even that it was packed.
The guy was busy talking to everyone and not even looking at my nails WHILE HE WAS FILING. You can see in the pics where he filed into my nail bed. I told him he was cutting into my nail bed and he said, no that's just what powder looks like and it was

The hours were great. The place was clean. Staff was friendly. Not a long wait. I knew they were way too thick as he did not even attempt to shape and thin. They looked like press on nails. By day 7 they looked so bad that coworkers, family and friends even commented at how poorly done they were. I will try them again.

Lavender Nail Bar is my go to. They have a huge selection, have plenty of employees and communicate well. Plus their hours of operation make it easy for anyone. My best recommendations for nail techs are Jessica (who I have used for years) and T.
Do know they can get busy just like everywhere else and it is best to schedule for weekends.
The parking is a little limited and it is off a busy intersection so give yourself time to arrive.

Cleanest mail salon I have ever seen. Temps checked and hand sanitizer given the moment you enter. They have an employee solely devoted to cleaning, so nothing gets missed. Pedicure chairs are spaced out, and mail stations are spaced out and include plexiglass barriers. All the staff members I encountered were incredibly professional with management walking around to check on customers frequently. Try them out for yourself! Nails by Michael!
