I lived her for over a year, worst place to live at. Management is basically nonexistent. Maintenance sucks. My air conditioner broke and it took 3 days to even fix (supposed to come on the first day) and never once came until I called repeatedly. I never signed a second year lease (they never asked me for the signed copy). I payed month to month for 6 months. I moved out on may 31 and they charged me for June rent, and I turned in the keys on the 31. I moved because my restroom floor fell through, I found mold, and my A/C constantly broke. I had a broken water pipe (they knew and never fixed it
