The Jane At Preston Trails

Staff is great and the property is even better, great location, you are next to everything.

This is my place of new beginnings. I relocated from Las Vegas and choosing to live at The Jane has been an unexpected blessing that I did not know that I needed.

Get some elevators that works. No one wants to get off of work and walk up four flights of stairs. No one wants to be in a new building with a broken elevator most of the time.

I love living at the Jane. It’s peaceful, clean, and most importantly I feel safe. The staff is kinda and quick to meet the need of its residents. The grounds are well kept and the lovely amenities are a fantastic added bonus.

I moved in May 1st I love it, I'm glad it's 3.5x required to move in it keeps certain traffic out and not to mention this is Cedar Hill. Everyone knows Cedar Hill has become expensive, It's in a great location FM 1382 and Uptown. I would like to mention Monica she was awesome throughout the application process! I can't think of the other guys name who featured in the YouTube tour (sorry) great job. 😉 Keep up the great work!

I love these apartments! This was my first time having a place on my own and I’m so glad I chose The Jane! Will and Tyler in the office are super nice. Moving in was very smooth! I also feel safe with the gates on the apartments and the police officer who lives on site. There are even officers who patrol on weekends! The apartments are very spacious and the appliances are all new! My neighbors are also super great. I’ve been here about 6 months and have no complaints. I absolutely love this place!

I really love this area and these apartments! Very modern and has beautiful appliances. I love how quiet it is and how polite the staff are. I use the gym as often as I can! The pool is also pretty impressive.

Great move with smoothly Tyler did a great job at making us feel welcomed and he was very informative very professional and fast. I give Tyler five stars

If you’re considering moving to these apartments, let me help you out and give you insight for what’s to come. We all know that when you’re looking for an apartment, you have a few things that you consider; 1. You consider the area/crime rate 2) The upkeep, maintenance/grounds of the apartment 3) Rent, square footage, management 4) Neighbors, policies, and the criteria of those who will potentially move, etc. Well sadly, this place does not have any rules or standard when it comes to who can move in now.
