Very poor communication skills with the office I’ve been here almost 2years and nothing has gotten better no amenities are open nor where they before COVID my car gets broken into I file a report and I still can get no information!!(I simply asked to confirm the location of the camera to make sure you can even see my car and I get no help )Empty cop cars does not scare a crook simple !!!

I was assisting my Uncle in finding a new apt to live after being displaced due to last ice storm that hit Texas. He's a disable Veteran on fixed income, and was treated terrible by this complex. I'm so disappointed, the customer service was unacceptable, and they have people working in the rental office that honestly need more training. His application was denied saying he did not meet the income requirements, but that is because they are not using his gross, going by his net income which is incorrect. First of all the young lady assisting him Cinthia , told him she needed 3 current pay stubs

Horrible experience they took my application fee money and never got back in touch with me; Never letting me know was I approved or not, When I arrived to the rent office and applied the Hispanic guy at the front desk. (I forgot his name) told me he needed an application money order which is $25. I paid that upfront. and I sent him my checkstubs through email upfront! After that he never got back in touch with me .. I had to constantly call the rent office for an update!!! Once a whole week went by I decided to call, to see what was the hold up.. the office claimed my 4 recent checkstubs wasn’t

I’ve lived here since November and I absolutely hate it. I’ve contacted Elizabeth on three separate occasions to have my tub resurfaced. The tub was peeling when I moved in. I was assured it would be fix. Here it is 6 months later. Also, my door needed a weatherstrip, the wind sounded like animal noises. I waited on that for five months. I can’t

While the apartments do look nice on the inside when i went on tour of the apartments, working with the office was a chore. I never got a timely response from Daisy and would have to ask her for a response when she said she'd call me back or email me back. Also when I had my mom drop off a check to try and continue the application, residents were saying that their water wasn't fixed from the winterstorm we had. We're in April and that's just unacceptable. Glad i was accepted at a different apartment complex without a $500 risk fee for average credit and a more responsive management crew.
