I just want to say that lady in the office, Elyse was so nice. I felt kinda bad for her because some guy was mad she didn’t have a 2 bedroom available. But she was so nice to him regardless. I don’t need to move until later and I will be back just because of her. Like, she’s obviously short staffed, phone never stopped ringing while I was there, and people kept coming in and out but she still had an amazing attitude through all of it and really did seem to be doing her best. I hope she sees this message because I think she is doing great! I was really impressed.

I've been here since May, living in 638, and almost broke my lease due to bad management and horrible office staff. New management is amazing and goes above an beyond. Things sometimes take time with the office but I'm always made aware of the progress which is something that was never done before and I really appreciate that! I was asked today to leave a review of my recent experience... so here is my honest feedback. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RECENT CHANGES! I think there is a long way to go and more improvements that SHOULD be made but overall I am so happy with the way things have changed

I stopped by the office today to clear up some stuff with the staff. I was not aware of the new management. I just want to say I'm very impressed with the changes made to the staff. Elize was so helpful and understanding. I recommend going to speak with her if you want a nice place to live especially since the staff change.

WexFord Townhomes administration is horrible,
in the matter of processing a payment since online system is giving error messages on the time of payment, General Manager was rude and unprofessional even after it was explained of why payment was unsuccessful they acted as if it was not their problem. Had to pay late fees for something that was not in my control such as your website issue.

We have been without water since 2/16. The water was shut off without notice or communication. An email was sent 3 days later instructing us to fill our tubs and gather enough water. The communication from Peak Living has been minimal to non existent. The office staff is doing their best but what can you do without instruction from your corporate office? There has been no time frame given to those of us that were not affected and should have water. Instead their focus is on those that planned poorly for the storm and did not allow their pipes to drip. ( This is not an assumption I had several people
