The facility is really nice!! I love the staff and facility that's great. But overall Bella Ruscello is infact very upscale and presidential cozy and worthy place to live. I give Bella Ruscello and the staff a double thumbs up! I haven't checked out our gym yet but I'm looking forward to that for sure. Great and very beautiful place to be for a definite fact. Not many nice apartments like Bella Ruscello, and I love my apartment!!

When I first got my keys the unit smelled like someone has been smoking there for years, it wasn't cleaned well and I was very frustrated. I wrote the complex and they immediately respond started fixing the problem right away, their quick response to make it right really gave me peace about leasing here... I haven't been here a week but so far it's quite and everyone stays to themselves. I really like that.

When we first here it was great. 3yrs. Now so much has changed we need a strong office management team. Now their letting anyone that has the money move in. Shooting, death, cars violence, pool fungus and no security. Maybe if they put cameras around everywhere. Nice property grounds looks are all you get. Just don’t move in the back. So disappointed😔

Update: I am updating my review to state as new management has come things have gotten better. The current office team take comments and concerns seriously. Neighbors can do better about keeping the property presentable and being mindful of noise. The current staff is doing a good job.

Do not move here. The tenant that lives above me actually lives with me. I can hear everything they do from walking, tumbling, wrestling, talking, you name it. You can move as many people you want to in a one bedroom, it's cool as long as you pay your rent management could careless about the tenants that's a bad neighbor and is disturbing and noisy!

Don't move here if you plan on spending summers poolside with your children.
They do no and will not fulfill that aspect of summer.
Every year there is an excuse given as to why the pool isn't open. I say EXCUSE bc that is exactly what is given.
Rocks being thrown in the pool "is to blame" for the motor not working, and if that is the case then choose another method for landscape in order to keep the dirt from eroding into pool area.
This is my second summer here and just as the last, the pool did not open until END OF JUNE.
When asked whether or not the pool would be open

9/24/18 Tonight at 10:45pm the entire parking spots were taken. The only spaces available were the covered parking which cost a fee. I parked two buildings away. I can imaging people came home later would be 3-4 buildings or circle around further out. I have reported to the management about the parking shortage. The first thing out of Amanda's mouth was 'did you park in those covered parking'? 'we need to enforce towing'. As if she was so glad to find a victim......Not only she is disrespectful saying in front of me but also obviously the only thing in her mind is charge

I'm writing to express gratitude when I called five minutes before closing yesterday 2/14(Valentine's Day) when my disposal got stopped up.
Carla answered five minutes before closing and sent over maintenance ASAP!! I've always been treated fairly and any concerns were addressed.
The pricing can be a little high with a lot of extras, but you have a choice and I choose to make Bella Ruscello my home.

This complex is very nice but not worth the price tag. And as with any leasing group, they are not concerned with serving the residents. We have lived here for 4 years, paid our rent on time, been quiet tenants, almost never had any requirements of the maintenance staff. But when we purchased a house a month before our lease ended, the manager told me that to "make me happy" she would ONLY charge us 2/3 of the early termination fee for leaving early instead of the amount in the lease. I have lived at Bella Ruscello for several years. The maintenance staff has changed a few times, but every group of men has been nice, professional, and done a great job. The rent is very expensive and goes up every year. There is no incentive for residents that continuously renew their lease. As much as residents pay for rent, a parking space should come with every apartment. Visitors will sometimes park close to the building, and this causes residents to park far away from their building. The lightly colored carpet in some apartments gets dirty rather quickly, and I have to open a kitchen drawer
