They took out the carpet on the 2nd floor which may be good for the management company but hell on the folks on the first floor. Took out a laundry room and put in a little used enrichment center. Security stinks because the pedestrian gates are never closed much less locked. Mail boxes get broken into. The exterminators are a joke.

Great personable customer service from everyone in the staff. Daniela made apartment shopping stress free and was constantly available to answer any of my question. Demonstrated knowledge of what the property offers and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for. Thank you again for making Carrollton Oaks a place I can call home. Definitely a place I will tell my friends and family to come lease at!

Recently visited this location as we are considering moving to a new place. The staff was great, friendly & answered any questions I had. Loved the floor plans online and was impressed when touring. The grounds are very well maintained and models we looked at were really clean. Overall I was thoroughly impressed.

I have found maintenance to be very helpful and friendly. Usually, they get to my apartment for maintenance concerns within 24 hours. Sometimes, they are there within a few minutes. I know each of them on a first name basis. They teach me at least one Spanish word per day. I like to joke around with them. They have a great sense of humor. I have never known them to have a situation in my apartment that they couldn't resolve in a satisfactory manner within a satisfactory time. The ladies at the office are very helpful and kind. They are very friendly.

Just moved into this beautiful apartments and I must say I made a right decision by coming here. The staff here are very friendly and super sweet. Christina and Daniela have been really helpful, they answered all the questions I had. Also the apartments prices were good compared to other apartments in the area. Thank you Christina, Daniela, and Marisol. Y'all are truly amazing.
