I'm not going to say anything bad about the people there because they were very nice to me but today I was sent home in pain for a procedure that the dentist performed and now 7 days later it went from a filling to root canal. and I was sent home in pain because I didn't have the money to perform the root canal, 150$ my insurance would have paid the rest, plus I just paid to have the teeth filled a week ago. I'm not a doctor. I'm not going back, 2 year with them and shouldn't have been sent home in pain because when I came in for the filling I wasn't in pain.

As a Dental Anxiety Victim I seen five different dentists looking for one who not only understood my anxiety but had the skills and chairside manner to help alleviate it. Previous dentist had recommended a root canal to alleviate pain and swelling in face but couldn't or wouldn't explain why this was needed or how it would cure the pain. Dr Borgman took the time to sit with my xrays and show me exactly what he would do and how it would help. Actually woke myself up during procedure by snoring too loudly. STAY AWAY INDEED! This guy totally messed up my mouth. Told me I needed a crown on a front tooth (which I now doubt I ever needed). The first crown broke in 1/2 within a week. The second crown took three different visits and a drive to south austin to get the shade right. to have it replaced, he had to cut the first crown off, damaging my tooth even more. Within a moth, the new crown fell right off. Fed up, I went to another dentist to have re-attached. Now, less than a year later, the crown has cracked again and has to be replaced.

I used a Groupon for a dental cleaning. I was able to get in almost immediately. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly. The dental hygenist told me that I had several teeth at stage 3 moderate periodontitis. I don't want to get stage 4 so I will improve my flossing and brushing habits. Apparently, I also breathe through my mouth at times which means that I had a lot of plaque in the front of my mouth, so I need to break that habit. Everyone was very friendly including the dentist. The dental clinic itself was very clean and looked like it had been freshly renovated and updated.

I love this dentist. I didn't go to a dentist for a decade and I had SERIOUS plaque and other problems. Every other dentist I went to told me it would be thousands of dollars to get it taken care of even with insurance. Arbor Dental Associates has fixed everything for a price that I can easily afford! All of their estimates have been perfect and their work has been great.
I had a full mouth abrasion and my gums and teeth didn't even hurt afterwards! I am so impressed with their staff.

Well, this is my first review online EVER. I originally found this place off of groupon because I don't have insurance. It was a great deal and experience. I needed another clean and didn't remember the name but recalled the vicinity . I called a few places near by my place and finally came upon it. I made an appointment. It was about a month away, I made sure I took off work. I came in day of appt. and was rejected. Lady at the front said she rescheduled me because I didn't "confirm" . Well, no one wants to lose a tooth. Especially when it's my own fault (I never floss-but I'm going to start now). I was expecting a lot of pain and thought the next few days I would be eating mush. However, the procedure went very well. I was in and out of the office quickly and do not have any pain. I am also eating normal food even though its only day one without my tooth. Doug and his team always make me feel comfortable and they always to an outstanding job. No wonder the Chronicle voted him the best Dentist in Austin. I'm a customer for life. I give them 10 Stars.

I personally would recommend this guy over any other dentist in Austin. In fact in comparison to other businesses I have been too, who quoted me thousands of dollars in work on false pretenses, I truly feel that this guy has integrity and honesty in comparison to some other places. He gave me the second opinion that saved me over 2.000 dollars. That being said I actually will stop in for a cleaning even though I don't even live in the state anymore.

I switched dentists because my previous dentist went out of network. I was very nervous to switch because of horror stories I've heard about 'new' dentists. A coworker referred me to Dr. Borgman. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the office and staff. They have a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. My former dentist used old technology, so I was pleasantly surprised by the digital technology used by this office. The front office people were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had expensive work done at his office - two crowns - and they both had to be redone within a year and a half. I didn't feel comfortable getting him to redo the work, since he messed it up the first time, and because of that he takes no responsibility for his mistakes. I might end up losing my tooth because of his bad work, and he still doesn't care. I hope he feels happy taking money from a starving graduate student, especially when he didn't really earn it. He wouldn't even talk to me personally; he had someone else in his office talk to me, and only after I called a month

Our whole family had him. He did all right work on my parents, but now that my siblings and I are going to other dentists, they've had to re-do work that he did, b/c it was never done right. I got these cavities over 2 years ago, and it was just attempt after attempt with him to get them filled right, but not a single one worked. The bite was off, or he did them so tight that I couldn't even get floss between them, or most recently, they kept getting food caught between them. And of course, he charged full price for each re-try. He doesn't take responsibility for his mistakes

What an awful Dental place!!! I was out of town and I my tooth chipped. I found this dentist place from a co-worker. I should have definitely done my research before going to this place. It was TERRIBLE! I got two bonds done and that same day getting the bonds done, one bond chipped off so I had to go back that same day to get it fix. Not even a week and both bonds fell off. I went back to the dentist to get a refund or get it fix but they refused to see me and/or work with me. So, I technically didn't get my teeth fix and donated $246...
