Our office doors are open to all visitors and walk-ins are welcome! I should have ran!!!! It’s my worst experience ever, my first day of moving in there was roaches in the bathrooms. Even after being treated I still haven’t been able to get rid of the bugs, and I was charged for it. I was missing fixtures and door knobs plus my first couple months here the rooms started flooding. Definitely not worth the money, my upstairs neighbors are the worst, the consistently bang on the floors and stomp all night long, even after I reported it, it continued to happen. I wish I could break my lease but I’m stuck. There’s trash overflowing out the dumpster and all over

I hate it here. It’s dirty, maintenance team is lazy. Never fix nothing they just “look” and keep it moving. It’s draining to live here. Just waiting until the lease up. Embarrassed to even invite friends and family over. Straight disgusting. Save yourself a headache. I tried to give them chance after chance before leaving a review but they just refuse to handle business. It’s the fake reviews for me

As young adults, we like Rosemont Cityview. It’s a great community for singles or couples that are just starting out together, like us. It’s reasonably priced for the area and maintained pretty well. It’s also safe, which is very important and somewhat hard to find in Marietta/Cobb (depending on your budget and where you look). We’ve been here since 2018 and have seen the property go through many changes. So, reading online reviews make me laugh. The situations are not all as bad as people make them to be. We had some maintenance issues in our first unit, and their team immediately fixed

If you’re considering this your forever home, DONT. Leasing management First communities are terrible. The property manager name Vicki is unprofessional & incompetent. Great area to live in however I will not give them my money. These women are in the wrong line of profession. McDonald’s drive thru will suffice based on their professionalism. The grounds are not kept, meaning maintenance does absolutely nothing on a day to day. Do not give these clowns your money.

My sister lives here and I can see the disdain on her face during every visit to her apartment. The absolutely terrible management and lackluster maintenance come together and create your own personal hell on earth. I am appalled at how horribly they treat their residents. If you’re looking for an apartment, check this monstrosity off your list ASAP!!

If you’re considering making this your new home DON’T. The property is under new management (First Communites) and they are horrible to say the least. The property manager Vicky & the rest of the team have been harassing & shown discrimination towards me since they have taken over..I have resided at Rosemont for more than four years & I have not experience such filth behavior. I’ve been harassed by a tenant, they have not taken action to resolve this matter. I have broken my lease & I am excited I am moving soon. This place is not worth the headache. No one in the leasing office is on accord

NEVER in your entire life consider living at Rosemont City View. I have never had such a terrible experience living at an apartment building. No one ever answers the phone or emails, maintenance never gets done, the online resident portal never works, the management is horrible, I could legitimately go on forever about how awful this place is. They don't even deserve a 1 star review. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and live somewhere that is actually halfway decent with management that actually cares about their residents.

My name is Sunni and I came in to tour with my friend Mack Jones who leased and has since moved in. I liked the model and the empty unit that was shown to me. I didn't know the property was as old as it is but the office team was really nice and very professional. This was the first time I was actually introduced to the entire team. The manager Jim was very nice as well as Mrs. Q and Tracy. I saw one guy from the maintenance team while touring and from the looks of the community they do a really good job.

I love this community. I stopped by yesterday to visit and the office staff made me want to move in immediately. They communicated with each other as if they had worked together for years. Jim, Q and Tracie were so pleasant. I can't WAIT to be apart of this community and the model looked amazing just like the pictures that are posted online.
