Horrible customer service . I spoke with Pam in the front office, who talked over me as I was trying to gather information. Don’t waste your time applying , they want you to pay for everything without even seeing the facility first , so no tours and you’re basically paying for everything upfront without seeing anything whatsoever . When asking Pam when would they be available to tour she caught a attitude claiming “they’re not other apartments and you can take it or leave it. “ bottom line, keep searching.

They do not rent too African Americans. I know of people who have unique about the apartments and theywere treated so badly that they didn't want to move in the complex. Sad there is music being played all day night with no respect for their neighbors Barbecueong on the patios firer bages of trash left out front of Apartment doors and on patios..

LOVE living here, rent is never raised, about two weeks ago i had a leak under my sink... i told the front office and the next day maintenance was here and he replaced it in no time 👍🏼 . Trisha is always nice and professional, neighbors are quiet and i see police patrolling the apartments ever so often which is comforting.
