This is my second time as a resident at Lancaster Lakes. Several years ago I lived here for 3 years and moved when I got married. My husband and I have returned to Clarkston to look for a house, but in the meantime I was happy to come back to Lancaster Lakes. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. The community is quiet and so convenient. I am excited to return to Clarkston and to Lancaster Lakes!

My husband and I have been here 9 years. We have so enjoyed living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. Kari, who manages the place is so kind and always ready to help in any way she can. We have decided to move closer to our kids and grandkids at the end of our lease. If you're looking for an amazing place to live, this is the place for you! The community is kind, the office staff is amazing, and the maintenance times rock! My partner and I live in a lower unit and we barely ever hear the people above us! Everything is clean and fresh too! We moved in October so we've been here for about 3 months now and everything has been wonderful!

Lancaster Lakes has the best staff! From maintence to office! Turn around times are great, the apartments are large, the community is kind, and they even host community contests like best holiday decor!

I have been living in Lancaster lakes for almost a year and I don't have any complaints. I feel lucky to have an end lower unit. I love my location because I face a wooded area and it is quiet and beautiful. Maintenance seems to come whenever I've had an issue (minor issue with sink and dishwasher but fixed). As for neighbor noise, it's an apartment! Grounds seem well kept and I don't have a dog but I love that they have a dog run and doggy Poo bags. Nice pool for summer and pretty clubhouse. Nothing's perfect anywhere you live but I do love it here. Only complaint is the

We have lived her for just over two years and we love it! The staff is amazing and I love that we have a nice pool and 24/7 fitness! I have a young daughter and they put in a playground last year and it has been the best for us! If you have a dog the dog run and obstacle course are a good way to get out your dogs energy! (It’s all fenced in too!) I would recommend anyone to live here!😊😊😊😊 I would give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s but I don’t see how to do that anymore!

I've lived here for a year now and have just renewed my lease. It's a great location, management is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and I have good neighbors. While there is always room for improvement as with any apartment-living community, my overall experience has been pleasant. I would definitely recommend Lancaster Lakes to anyone looking for an apt. in the Clarkston area.

It’s crazy to think how much you pay for an apartment. Let alone not even being taken care of as far as snow plowing/salting. My car has been blocked in by piles of snow, when they do decide to finally come out… and plow it’s half assed hence my car being stuck( and yes I do leave the house daily so it’s not just sitting there. They are more than capable of coming out and clearing the EMPTY spots with inches of snow. And those nice slippery stairs and walk ways are a serious issue!!!!!

Future tenants beware. We recently moved my 75 year old Aunt to Lancaster Lakes to be closer to us and things she needs because she cannot drive. The apartment is nice. Location is great and office staff is very friendly. However snow removal is horrible. My Aunt needs a cane to get around and 4 days after an 8.5 inch snow storm and the walks are not clean. Snow is pushed up over the curbs so she cannot easily step down from the sidewalk. Makes me wonder how concerned Lancaster Lakes is about the safety of their tenants. Great location.. but bring your snow shovel and don't dare complain about

When I received a job offer in Pontiac, MI last year, my boyfriend and I didn't have much time to find a place to live.
Because I wanted to find the perfect apartment on one income, this involved traveling to over 60 different complexes between Royal Oak, Livonia, Clarkston, Waterford, and all surrounding areas.
You name an apartment and we probably at least looked at it online.
We first found Lancaster Hills
