For the most part it was an okay living experience. A little pricier for what it is, not really worth the tag for how they look inside. But my move out is where they lost me. I had to move out 7 days after my lease because of availability issues elsewhere, even though I got an apartment 2 months in advance. But Legends Fox Creek put me on a month to month payment for those last 8 days at $3,100 a month, so over $100 a day. So I now have to pay almost $900 for the first through the 9th of the month.... absolutely outrageous.

I recently moved into a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment here at fox creek with the help of Terri. I’d first like to say how helpful Terri was during the whole moving process, she made what was suppose to be a stressful experience for a young 20 year old exciting and enjoyable! Secondly the apartment is perfect for my roommate and I, we love the modern look it has!

When we moved in everything was great and the apartments them selves are gorgeous. However the new management was extremely rude and condescending to us. But more then all of that; we found out after our contract is up they will be raising our rent by ALOT. This place is nice but not nice enough for the price you pay originally let alone a almost 35% increase. I would not recommend anyone to rent here Stay away!!!!

Be aware, if you are used to Bar B Qing, well you can just forget about it. It's one of the reasons why I chose the lower level to live in, even though it smells like cat pee every time it rains. They are building closer to the express way so now you can hear the traffic all day and night. We are looking for something closer that we were used to when we lived in the Village for 31 years because, every thing here is built really cheep and they have been through at least 3 different management's since we moved here 3 years ago. Just be careful and don't make any quick decisions because they change

I haven't been here very long, but I am really impressed with Legends Fox Creek. The staff and maintenance have been wonderful. The maintenance staff does great work, requests are completed promptly, and they are knowledgeable and friendly. Complex is well taken care of and the location is excellent. I would highly recommend.

I've only been at Fox Creek a few months. Got off to a rough start but all is well now. I've had to submit a few maintenance requests but they have always responded within 24 hours. I even had to call on a Saturday night once and the on call guy was here within 2 hours. I've got great neighbors. Parking lot seems secure. We've had one big snowfall and they cleaned it up quickly. Every issue I've had Ally the leasing manager or her assistant Zach have addressed promptly and politely.

I lived here for 2 years (moved out in October 2014) and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments. It started out great due to Lisa McCain and Stephanie being in the leasing office, but went downhill once they both left and new staff started. The biggest issue I had was that I had mice and despite having a large dog, they still got in! Pest control attempted to resolve the issue, but didn't figure out where they were getting in at which it doesn't matter how many traps you set- you need to figure out where they are coming in from to get rid of the overall problem!
