I love my neighborhood. I love my neighbors. I love my place and the maintenance is fabulous, Prompt, professional and friendly. There are issues with wasps getting the units but maintenance will assist quickly. Steve and Lucas, you guys are the BEST!!!
The only issues are with high rent increases, $20 -$40 a year. And please please get everything in writing. They prefer to call you even if you email them. Just stay focused on the issue at hand and don't allow friendly small talk deter you. Be very viligant when it comes to your rent, fees, or anything that needs the office staff's involvement

They constantly raise your rent, and they always try to charge late fees “by mistake” and then act like they can’t rectify the problem. They have no clue what is going on with residents. They give you a lease proposal and then they take it back and resend it and charge you more money. The reason for the rent going up as they state is because your recent inspection, which is a solid joke because the “inspection” is an email asking what kind of floors you have a what color your cabinets are. And then they hit you with the surprise rent going up $150 more dollars.

Update: The new owner's will start charging you fee's that they promise they will fix which is a lie. The new owner's are Odin Properties based out of PA. Units still are falling apart. ie: gutters falling off, roofing coming apart, roof leaks, wasps get into units, a/c barely works, and so much more.
Maintenance guys will not fix things. They lie about work being done. Unless you feel like paying for the work to be done it could be over a year before something gets fixed.

I have lived in south pointe for over 3 years now. Every time I've needed something done or fixed I've put in a request for maintenance and they have come through in a very quick manner. Everything ive requested has gotten fixed properly. I'm very happy with the maintenance team. Always friendly and punctual!

I have lived here going on 3 years. When ever i have an issue no matter what time it is Maintenance has alway responds in a very short time. The issue always gets resolved. Thank you to Steve Borneman. He is always so nice and very respectful. Even took my garbage to the road. Thank you for all you do and your kind deeds you do. Also parks look so much nicer with the new paint job! :) Thank ypu to

I have lived at different units at South Pointe for years. With the new owner ship, and maintenance request protocol,
I have to say I'm very happy with the turn around! I've had the pleasure of working with Steve a few times, and he has always been quick to respond, super nice, and the maintenance request completed as it should be. I am a very happy tennant.

How nice that I get to be the first to review South Point Commons. Let's see...where to begin...there are two women that run this ghetto. Kellie, the front desk receptionist has the personality of a goat. Very unpleasant woman to do business with. Sherry is a bit better but neither care about the property. I spent 1700.00 total to move in, only to have my car broken into 1 week later. When my car was damaged as a result of the theft, Kellie wasted no time putting a tow notice on it , even though it was parked in my parking spot. However she ignores the neighbors junk trailer and SUV across
