What landlord doesn't take rent payments???? That's not sketchy at all...... Some people split their rent payments to 2 a month, I've done this since 20yrs old, these weirdos won't take more than 1... SMH

I honestly love it here. I've been living here for 11 months, and the staff has been nothing but nice, helpful, and responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. No yelling late at night, no loud parties or anything disruptive. I would definitely recommend living here!

I just moved into Golfview and I'm very happy with the treatment I have received from the leasing team, especially from Abby! She was super informative and attentive to all my needs. I'm proud to call Golfview my home!

Leasing office here is bad experience. Before I have applied I have asked them credit limitations and we're told that I was fine but after applied it came back denied for same reason that I asked them about before I applied. That's not good to charge for application and run credit for total loss. And waste of time. At this apartments they use some third party credit check call "rent grove". And I called rent grove they said my application was conditionally approved. so i called leasing office back and agent that answered was rude. So I spoke to manager. Who suppose to call me back. But never did

Only place I know that just won't take a money order to pay the rent. They make it so complicated. And the card they want you to use charges $3.95 extra fee outside the rent you already paying. They say you can pay it online but that's like a $12.00 fee. I can't say for sure because I can't seem to register on line which I advised them of when i signed my lease. They make something that should be so easy so complicated and add all these extra fees on. It's annoying.

Golfview is extremely affordable, the staff is friendly, respectful, and prompt. I love the kid/pet friendly neighborhoods and play areas between the housing. Lots of space/paths to walk my dogs. They take out and bring back your trash can and do all lawn maintenance, which is a big time saver. 5 minutes from Heritage Lake Park. Would recommend to anyone living on a budget.

As far as applying and getting in, they’re not quite as concerned about your credit score. I had horrible credit at the time we applied and moved in (May 2017), and was accepted when many other places denied me and my partner just because I had bad credit.
I have been in three different apartments out here in Golfview Village. My first apartment (2 years) was one of their carpeted 3-bedroom units. I will be among the few to admit that the carpeted units are more than $100 more per month in rent compared to a non-carpeted 3-bedroom of same size and layout. And the only rooms you have carpet in

I have stayed here and when I tell you they get the job done they really do. They have the nicest and hardest workers there and they have patience with you as well. I have moved from there and needed a renter's verification and they were on it quicker than any other apartment I rented from....they make me wanna move back!!! Abby was extremely amazing and answered all of my questions with a positive and patient attitude.

Me and my roommate both came to Golfview about 7 months ago and have been very satisfied. It’s a very quiet neighborhood for starters, which we weren’t expecting. Any time we’ve had to call maintenance they come in a very timely manor. And Amanda in the leasing office has been extremely helpful and makes sure any questions or concerns I have are immediately solved. Overall Golfview is MUCH better than it use to be, and we’d definitely recommend living here.

Unfortunately I can't give a zero star review but I most definitely would. I cannot urge people enough to not rent here. You will regret it. I have had to get 6 tires repaired from driving thru my parking area. The squirrels here caused $900 worth of damage to my car by chewing thru several things under the hood. Management is the worst and has done nothing to help with the situation. The parks are always covered in trash. The bathrooms are extremely moldy and again nothing is done other than painted over once you move out. I have water damage in my kitchen and laundry room which is causing

Several months later, many of our concerns are fixed. They hired a contractor to put in new sidewalk slabs and the upstairs sink is nowcompletely replaced with a pedestal-style sink and no particle-board cabinet underneath(thank goodness, it's a freakin bathroom, stuff is gonna get wet!). I'm going to leave it at three stars simple because it took wayyyy too long (7+ months for both of these concerns) and the fact that the townhome is extremely energy-inefficient.

I singed a month to month lease in 2015, but my grandmother had a stroke and I had to be her live in caretaker and I returned to keys. I signed the lease and returned the keys the next days. Didn't even put my stuff in the apartment and they changed me $800 and the apartment was only 5 something.
