I'm not a big "reviewer" but I've been coming to Oasis to get my nails done for a year now, and I think they deserve a shout out for their amazing work! Everyone is so nice and patient. They've been very courteous with keeping everything sanitary, and the staff is always wearing masks. I come in for a dip manicure with an appointment every 3-4 weeks, and it's never been anything short of perfect and my nails are usually still going pretty strong by the time I go back. Love this place! Pretty good find, wide variety of offerings in terms of pedicure services, acrylics, and colors. They have OPI and DND gel/acrylics and a bunch others too.
Been coming pretty regularly and the prices are decent (though they have gone up in the last year or two).

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. Had a 2:30 appointment. Your staff parked me in a chair for 30 minutes. Place was littered with staff and the salon was virtually empty. Do you really expect a customer to wait for thirty minutes (for a 25 minute treatment) after having made an appointment? Ridiculous. Don't waste your time. Literally.

My birthday/NYE nails! Very satisfied with nail tech Lee. I told her my nail beds are very sensitive. Lee took her time and was careful with my nails. I appreciate that she took the time to get the almond nail shape that I wanted. She didn't cut me and was gentle. She did a great job. Happy costumer!

I love everything about this place. I've lived in this area for a year now and have been missing out. However since I've come here, I haven't been anywhere else. It's always clean, quiet and comfortable. The customer service is amazing and I've never had to wait. My favorite technician is Lucy. She takes her time and does a phenomenal job. They definitely don't make you feel like a number. I go biweekly faithfully. Lastly, shout out to the gentleman up front. He's always pleasant and helpful.

Such a great place! The entire place was clean and bright. Staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Belle did my mani and pedi and had such a high attention to detail. She made sure everything looked great before moving onto the next steps. The fella in the front was very attentive as well and made sure I had a drink as soon as I sat down. Thank you Oasis Nails for a great experience. I will definitely be back.

The nail salon it’s self is very beautiful and clean. My problem is with my manicure it took over an hour to do and was just not worth it in my opinion. There were also 2 other people that had complaints while I was getting my nails done. The people are really nice but have no sense of urgency. I did a get manicure and my nails weren’t even painted on my whole nail. I was beyond frustrated the colors I showed them I wanted didn’t match and I had been there from 5:40 and didn’t leave until 7:20 I was beyond tired and just wanted to leave. I definitely won’t be coming back tho this location

The atmosphere is definitely more luxurious than many other nail salons, and my pedicure came out great. However... I would not recommend for acrylic nails. It's not that they did not do a decent job, I could just tell some inexperience from the guy I had; for example my middle finger's nails were not quite the same length on each hand.
Also, they do serve fancy cocktails which seems nice, but they do not know how to make them! A jigger is definitely required. So they look pretty, and you feel fancy, but they did not taste good the two times that I have tried. Perhaps sticking to wine

I am sad to write this review because I was excited I had found a decent nail salon. I have been there for more than 10 times; I even did my nails there for my wedding! Unfortunately all it takes is ONE visit to change my whole experience.
This last Thursday I had a pedicure by Mimi. Everything was going fine. But then she started digging around my nails, finding "ingrowns". Overall it’s a pretty and clean establishment. Prices are very comfortable especially considering the area that the business is in. The work they do is also pretty well done. I did have an incident with a nail tech by the name of Duke who was extremely rude and irritated with me because I asked her to make the base of my French pedicure an off white oppose to a clear pink ( she hadn’t even started the polish yet). She was so irritated she started slamming the nail polish and breathing heavily. I felt so extremely uncomfortable and threatened that the manager had to step in and finish my pedicure

Hi! yesterday I went to this place to get a manicure. I am a regular customer. The first time I feel so uncomfortable there, the guy who attended me was falling asleep, 2 times he closed his eyes as if asleep and also he was very rude when he filed my nails. I commented to the girl at the front desk and she basically did nothing. My nails did not look as good as usual. They must be attentive that their staff always offer good service.

I wanted polish change on my toes and shellac on my hands. I had to bit but they brought me water, (they have other options!) and gave me time to choose a color. I chose a neon yellow for summer!

I wanted to like this place so bad and even wanted to plan a group outing here when I first walked, but the Lord would have to change my heart to come back. The front desk staff was extremely nice! We didn't have an appointment because we decided to come in before our movie. We had to wait which was fine but we still decided to come back after the movie. When I came back, it was different. They made me sit in the pedicure chair for who knows how long with no water for who knows how long. I was tired and kept falling asleep so I had no sense over time. I don't give 5 stars to this place simply because the Manager. The tech who does my nails, Ivonne, is outstanding, but the Manager must improve his customer service skills. Who ever is the owner, please address with the Manager his customer service skills, he is rude and doesn't treat everyone the same. I don't know what is his problem, but we all deserve to be treated the same. He offers a beverage to someone next to me and ignores me completely. He let me wait to pay or when I do he turns his back and let me wait for the receipt. He can definitely be more cordial.

They don't enforce their customers to wear masks and they are worried about saying something to these customers (don't want to upset them), but still. It is a business, and if you can't abide by the rules (no mask, no service), you can't come in. And of course the culprits are the usual culprits...(Kar- you know what? Enough said).
I gave 2 stars because the nail technicians are wonderful. Always. And my nails always come out GREAT!

This was my first time here and honestly this is one of the best and relaxing nail spas I have ever been too. The pedis with the honey/milk, hot wax , and hot stones were really soothing and the service was so kind and friendly that they offer complimentary drinks during our visit and they was sure to treat you with all kinds of respect. The massages were so comfortable that it will make you fall asleep. I’ll be sure to come back to this spa in the future.

A very solid four stars! I think I finally found a nail salon near the Memorial area that I am liking a lot! This nail salon is located across the street from Randall's in a small strip plaza. I found the technicians to be all very friendly and professional. The manager was a very sweet man and they are definitely doing their part in disinfecting and cleaning due to covid.
What I love about this place even more are the prices and packages that are offered for manicures and pedicures. Very reasonable and the massages are great!

I recently relocated to Houston, and I've been really searching hard for a nail salon to my liking. I saw the reviews for Oasis, and I decided to try them out! Well, I did today, and I think I've found my place- given they are consistent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the man at the front door with a smile. I'm originally from Chicago and I WISH I could take Oasis Nails back home with me. This is the most natural dip Manicure I have ever gotten. The staff was soo talented! I've been to other salons where they were too rough, but the staff at Oasis were gentle and receptive to my requests. The price was $45 which was pretty reasonable compared to what I'm used to paying in Chicago.
They were very Covid conscientious by having everyone social distanced and separated by plastic protectors. They also offer drinks ranging from water, soda, coffee, and wine. It was a much needed and relaxing

I love this place! Looked it up coming from outlet malls on Apple Maps and the reviews are amazing. I stepped in here and I was surprised by the nice interior and the friendly service provided by the staff. The man in front took our temperatures and provided us hand sanitizer prior to our services. They took temperatures of our nail technicians as well! Thank you for the safe protocols to ensure sanitation for everyone!
