LOVE LOVE LOVE this community! Apartments include full size washer/dryer, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry and countertops, and super cool dimmer switch lights! Not to mention the wonderful amenities - salt water pool, year round jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace with cozy lounge and rad game room with a pool table! Highly recommend to anyone looking in the Beaverton/Portland area.

Worst apartment complex you can rent out in the PNW. Very terrible and rude staff who are unknowledgeable about everything as well as ridiculous fees for everything.

I have many people my age wanting to move out, into an apartment and I steer everyone away from this place. This was my first experience living on my own and turned out they have Very bad and rude management (other than maintenance they are very good!), $100 a month just to have a parking spot otherwise good luck finding parking on the street. Other than that, things were okay while living here but upon move out they did the walkthrough after I spent hours cleaning, and send me the photos attached of why they are keeping about $1,000 in my deposit. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS it's halarious, dust in

Maintenance manager Mr. Fiu, hostilely threatened a group of young black children visiting the swimming pool. He told the children they could not be there, even though they had been given the privilege to do so by a family member that is a resident of Baseline 158. When confronting the children he refused to give them an explanation as to why they had to leave, and claimed that no one lived in the unit that their family member currently resides in, without even attempting to contact them or ensure that someone did in fact live there. He told them he would call the police, when they told him they

My SO and I moved out recently from Baseline158 and had mostly mixed experiences while staying here.
Pros
The complex and amenities are solid (however we never had a chance to use them due to Covid, not really their fault)
The apartments are nice, clean, and new
Good location (near powerline park, Costco, Nike running loop)
Cons
Staff and service (more below)
Complex alarm misfires (went off multiple times and is VERY disruptive. Literally gave my girlfriend anxiety issues and couldn't go back to sleep)
Lack of compensation (no changes in rent cost due to amenity closures, unreasonable

I recently moved out of Baseline158 only because I moved to another state. I loved living there and cannot say enough kind words about this building and staff. In particular, Beth was so incredible to work with and always addressed any concern promptly and politely. My dog also loved her and she even went out of her way to buy him special treats when she knew he was having dental surgery. Very kind and sweet. I highly recommend living at Baseline 158.

Living at Baseline 158 Apartments was one of the worst experiences I've had living in apartments throughout the country. We moved to PDX in APR 2019 hoping to find a place to live for many years. Hopefully my review will help somebody with their decision, or improve management's treatment towards their existing tenants.

Starting JAN 2020, we complained on multiple occasions that the new upstairs neighbors stomped around extremely hard throughout the day and caused a lot of unnecessary reverberation (akin to a max-level bass going off). The reverb was so strong we could feel it under

This is a shout out to Ynn. On move in day my friend was having difficulty lining up her renters insurance. Ynn couldn't have been more helpful or more patient. Thanks Ynn!

Beautiful Apt in the midst of a construction site. No Amenities --mail room, pool, game room, etc. not installed as of 11/28. Leasing office staff is friendly, but the company that owns the property isn't the best. I should have waited to move in until the property was complete. Despite having no amenities, they still charge the regular rent premium...

Be advised, despite advertising itself as a pet friendly property, Baseline 158 refuses to accommodate small caged pets if they are arbitrarily decided to be "exotic". No rodents are considered exotic under Oregon state, Washington county, or Beaverton law, but the owners will refuse them regardless.
