Management took away the ability to pay rent online. I now have to bring in a check each month which can be difficult with travel/work schedules. Talk about a step backwards for existing residents.

If you wfh, this is not the apartment for you. I’m constantly dealing with internet outages and issues daily. On top of this, before we moved in mgmt guaranteed us we’d be able to update our internet speeds if we’d like. After calling spectrum to update, they said it just wasn’t possible to do for community internet services. I called the office and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and they apologized that their information wasn’t up to date. We weren’t able to opt out of the internet we pay for either, despite never having service. I don’t even have stable enough connection

I’m leaving 5 stars for one person and that’s the new maintenance guy Jose. He came over today and fixed all the problems we’ve had since we moved it. We put in requests in the past that got marked completed yet not a single maintenance worker came into our apartment. When they did come they’d be like “oh yeah we can fix that we will come back” and never come back and fix the issue. Thanks Jose for coming through and fixing all the problems!

BE CAREFUL WITH AGAVE & GREYSTAR which is the company above them. This was my first apartment and it was a terrible experience. While we were moving out they tried to charge my roommates and I a whole months rent for the month we would of already been out. We moved out July 27th and they said we needed to pay for the month of August or we would we would receive consequences. One of the managers at agave agreed with us and said we should not have to pay because we also had to pay for our new place's rent, plus deposit which is ridiculous for anyone to cough up that amount of money when

They knew I had someone stalking me and they allowed h I'm my apartment and kept doing it and it got to be to much for me I had to just leave when my lease was up. They are liars and scammers and management is so Rude as hell like the devil.. I would not move there at all please listen to the reviews on there when they really say how they are. So let me first start with they do not care to answer the phone. They will give you any and every reason why they can't answer the phone. Not to mention the rum water in the bathroom starting turning brown after filling it up.(NASTY). The day I signed my lease I moved in my pots and pans and went back to my hotel to get the rest of my things. a blow up bed since mine hasn't come yet and some clothes. Nice place and location but it was very difficult to get in touch with the management team. I emailed and called on multiple occasions but never received a response. When my roommate and I went to return our keys (during listed office hours on Sunday), no one was there and the office was dark. I think this place could be a really great value if management was more communicative.

If I could give 6 stars I WOULD! This place is all about getting things done right. If it weren’t for my leasing agent, Arny, I don’t know if I could have gotten everything done. He went above and most certainly beyond to ensure there was communication between me and the powers that be in getting documents, signatures and made sure I got a rental special after some uncertainties came into play. The apartment is amazing but it’s even better knowing that the management is here to give tenants the best possible experience

What a management team and thank you Arny!!! I have lived here for 4 months now and have to say that I really love these apartments. Not a bad price at all for their location and the management and maintenance teams have been fantastic. I think the most outstanding employee that I have had the pleasure of dealing with is Arny! From day one he has been SO helpful with getting the apartment and working out any issues that came up during my move in. He made the move in process go incredibly smoothly. If you are looking to move here I highly recommend he be the person you request to work with. Arny

Beautiful community with even more amazing amenities. Our leasing agent was super nice and gave us an awesome tour. They do have some fees that may be a bit much for some people but I believe it's worth it for a community like this. We can't wait to move in

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Honestly over priced for these apartments, found something way bigger than what my apartment was here, WAY nicer and a better price! Maintenance takes forever to get to your order (even before COVID). They always send so many emails about hours changing because they're always switching management. Staff was always supper polite but was super difficult to reach a manger which were the only ones with actual information to solve anything here. The worst part is that when we moved out they refunded us $60 out of $1000 "refundable deposit"! My roommate and I were always working

The only positives I have is that their activities committee is pretty great and that their apartment floorplans are well laid out. The maintenance crew was decent and typically responded within a few days.

This apartment has poor safety measures in place. They could never seem to keep their lightening working outside the apartments. The spotlights in the parking lot were out almost the whole 2 years I lived there. The hallway lights constantly needed replacing. Their door locks to the gate were broken it seems like a dozen times. Their staff and office in general are pretty pretentious and they

A friend and I stayed here for about a year between 2017-2018 and while I enjoyed living there for the most part, I have few positive things to say about property management (PM). The residences are great and certainly match the photos online but my issue was with the management team, and for a couple reasons.

1) I had a parking spot, paid for, and still had my car towed. To recover my car, I spent about $400, if memory serves. I spoke with the PM team about why my car was towed in my parking spot and a reimbursement, and they deflected to the third party security organization that patrols the

This is the first review I have ever written, but I am taking the time to warn you NOT to move here. This place is a COMPLETE SCAM! Yes, it looks beautiful and the pool is great. But don't let that fool you! A few months ago they forced everyone to get Spectrum cable, even if we didn't want cable! Even if we never signed and agreed to join Spectrum, we were still charged an additional $68. Current tenants were not given the option to opt out. This is a CRIMINAL ACT! They enrolled me into a cable plan I NEVER singed agreeing to join. I later found out that yes, this is ILLEGAL

Only reason I gave one star is because the community is nice, good location, and well-kept.

But it's a MONEY pit. Be prepared to be charged for everything.

The front office staff is pretentious, and doesn't act like your concerns are a priority. It's hard to get an answer or get the help you need.

We moved out, because they upped rent drastically, and were going to force us into some amenity cable package that we didn't even want. The rent went up so much, because of all of the upgraded amenities (upgraded pool furniture, new dog park (which was tiny and not very good anyway

THEY STEAL THE PACKAGES

This place has the worst customer service! I called to ask about some packages that were delivery to my old apartment #2207 and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. He indicated it wasn't his problem. I told him that my delivery number confirmation shows the date and the time that was delivered at Agave. Instead of taking the time to verify that the status of the packages in the office, he told me " come and look for them yourself " This is an unacceptable response. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT IS A GIANT SCAM.

My roommates and I lived here 2 years and when move out came, the only things we were informed that we owed were our parking permits.
However, we were then billed for nearly $1300 (not included with our last month's rent and utilities) with no clear explanation of why. We had not damaged the apartment in any way and they basically just said it was an included fee.

We were not informed about this until a considerable amount of time had passed from us moving out.
Now it has been 4 months and Collections has been calling and harassing us that we pay the

I gave this complex one star due the inability to give less stars or Sh*t emojis. The on-site managment is incompetent and the off-site managment is completely non-responsive. They sent $1400 to collections with no explanation as to why or how they came up with those numbers. Micheal in the front office is the worst customer service representative I have dealt with in my adult life. The ONLY thing I can say nice about this place is all the new renovations are beautifully done and felt very homey, until you needed to interact with staff. I do NOT recommend anyone living here. Moved in last month and was apprehensive after reading terrible reviews. I'm glad to say that has not been my experience at all! Every time I have a question or concern the staff is ready to help! I had fleas in my carpet and told the main office. They were quick to call in the exterminator and they came the next week. I do wish the price wasn't so high but they do have lots of great amenities. I think that this new management is doing a great job and I'm excited for them to keep up the good work!

Where to even start, almost everything from the start of signing a lease with this complex has been pleasant. I am a current resident and just signed to continue living here. The apartment interior is nice and honestly affordable for living anywhere even relatively close to downtown. It does have a college like atmosphere to it but I am a 25 year old college student so I can appreciate that. The management and front desk people are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Three things that I can't honestly say I have ever found in another complex.

3.5, but as a personal rule I don't round up on high ticket items such as rent.

I lived at Platinum Southside for a full 18 months, so I got to know the property pretty well. From the start, PS made a great impression - the units are spacious, modern, and offer stainless steel appliances, a full-sized in-unit washer and dryer (love!) and access to the gorgeous pool and small-but-decent fitness center. Parking is free, but you can upgrade to carport or garage parking to help offset the cruel Texas summers (highly recommended, as the hail storms can also prove intense).
