We offer physical therapy services to help you recover from injury and improve your physical performance. Our team of licensed therapists have over 40 years combined experience and are here to guide you through the recovery process. Our therapists are trained in a wide variety of skills and techniques to best help you reach your goals.
Patients are referred by their physician for physical therapy. Intake forms are available online and in office to fill out. An initial evaluation will be scheduled to determine patient's condition and physical therapy needs, including assessment of strength, balance, mobility, pain and functional limitations.

Come try us out for a day! This includes access to weight room, pool, land and water classes, sauna and shower facilities. Come with a member and gain access to our weight room, land and water classes, aquatic center, sauna and shower facilities. If you just want to take a land or water class without using the rest of the facility this is the way to go.

Id think twice about coming here to get fit, very dirty, dangerously old facility. Building ready to collapse. They had more roof jobs than a roofing company. Bad Treatment by employees who make unprofessional remarks about over weight members and patients.
