Lived here from 2020 to 2021. Management worked with me when I was laid off and unable to make rent due to COVID-19. When my building had a pest problem, management contacted pest control, and worked to quickly correct the problem. Pretty safe community, I've discovered I left my door unlocked more than once, but never had anything stolen. The rent is pretty reasonable for a two bedroom apartment for the area.
Management has always been quick to respond to any issue or question I might have.

I moved in October of 2019 and moved out October 2020 when the leasing office was under different management and they were great! Luke and Bailey were really nice and always had maintenance come by when we needed them. Management changed probably around April or may of 2020 and honestly i wish they hadn’t because new office staff were awful. One of the ladies (when they answered the phones - which is rare) was rude and very unhelpful. Maintanence never came by, the front office never answered their phones and they never informed us when there were changes to the scheduled renovations. They also

This is the worst place to live the managers don’t care about the tenants on site maintenance will never come there is no communication between manager and tenant and they act like nothing is there problem and all the tenants fault I would strongly not recommend living here I will try anywhere else it is probably better than here

I would not recommend this place. I was suppose to move here. At move in the place was not ready at all. There was a man using the bathroom in the place once i went to look at it. I was assigned keys that did'nt fit the door. Yet there was the keys on the counter in the place with the door unlocked. The place was filty and the showers were moldy and dirty. If blind renting know the place looks way bigger on the site in the pics. Its really small. I paid my deposit and have yet to get it back. I was told it would take 30 days. Smh.. I did't even move in since the place had no hot water and was dirty
