No words can explain about this place and there staff!! Lack of customer service, lack of maintenance work, lack of communications, they make you put in request orders then after what they do is they just go under thier system and delete it and put complete with out any maintenance actually arriving to your unit and fixing the problems! Then they over charge you on stupid fees when in all reality it's there system and workers that fail. This place is a joke the staff is a joke the maintenance is just horrible.... this has been the worst experience ever in my life! Please read the reviews and actually

This place is trash! I have lived here for a couple months now it's now and they have have not fixed the mold in the coat closet that has been leaking because of the air conditioner. We have tried several times to get them to fix it but yet they continue to close the ticket without even entering the apartment. I'm also on the top story so it was leaking to the bottom apartments and they got herself taken care of but never took care of the carpet or the big hole in the closet. If you're considering living here do not try do not do anything do not live here I'm saving you some time don't live here

Renters Beware. The water, sewer & trash utilities built into your monthly lease, are grossly inflated. They use a 3rd party billing service, that refuses to provide utility stmts, claiming its proprietary. The buildings are old with the claim of luxury. Sure, if you compare living in a box to their apt. Pet friendly, but irresponsible owners who do not pickup their pet waste. Tons of cars that are either abandoned or non running that litter the property. FPI Mgmt who owns this and many other properties, are not terribly accommodating when you call to express concerns. Much better and newer places

I have booked an apartment online with them and already having a bad experience. My apartment number, move in date and rent amount was changed without informing me. I've written an email to them and copied all the email ids that were mentioned here in reviews. Hopefully my issues would be resolved otherwise I am not going for it. I will stay somewhere else.
Edit 09/08/2021 - The Verge management team - if you take your own words seriously then refund my amount that you took from me for the application.
Edit: 10/20 - I was finally able to get my refund from them. They posted it to the hotel address

Do not live here. When you read reviews like this...believe them. Management falsifies work orders. They lie to you. Never answer the phone. Did not have a heater for 3 weeks. Fireplace dies not work. Had 5 work orders in and nothing. I have ants in my kitchen. I maintain excellent housekeeping habits. I spent $50 on extra food containers for cereal ECT...have spent about $20 on and traps and Borax. Because I live next to the model, someone keeps taking my traps outside. They told me on a Thursday someone would be here Tuesday. I was home all day and no one showed up. When I went to the office

If I can give ZERO STARS, I would. Been without AC for 2 WEEKS now. No one in the office gives us any updates on anything! I had to take time away from work to go down to the office for them to tell me an order for a part has been placed. An email or call would have been great for this. When I was able to get ahold of them to see when it would be fixed, they said that they can come Monday, this day came and went and nothing has been done. Keep in mind this is all happening during 90+ degree weather. It’s unbearable to live in a place where no one answers the phones, and no one seems to care.

I moved into the Verge about 6 months ago. Alexus showed me the apartment that I moved into. I have had a few maintenance issues that I reported to the office or reported online. Most of the maintenance issues we’re taken care of promptly. Overall, I am satisfied with the response time. There have been many events held for the residents. The main office is in the middle of a remodel and when done they will start the remodel of the fitness center. Looking forward to using.
