One of the worst places I’ve lived. It’s a nice layout but you will get no peace. The floor above you is constant racket. Every step echos down like beating war drums. You will get little rest and become very annoyed with the person above you.
At 8 am there will be a leaf blowing brigade that is comparable to a jet engine but the noise will maintain for a good 30-45 minutes until they move on. This is a weekly event.

Very nice location. Apartments have a good layout with updated appliances. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a lot of community events, and there are always people to chat with at the firepit at night. Very dog friendly community as well.
The only issue you will have, is that it is like living in college dorms as far as the noise goes. You will always hear people talking through walls and the ceiling. You'll always hear music coming from outside in the courtyard (maybe the pool has music during the day?) Your TV and radio will need to be turned up higher than usual to make up for the

Looks like the Superbowl Party/low country boil is going to be so much fun. I can see the community is growing and coming together better then before. The Christmas party was a blast and Bingo was my favorite since I won the coverall prize. Kudos to Katie and the MB team for making MB a fun and beautiful place to live. The difference doesn't go unnoticed.

I have to honestly say that this is the best rental experience I have ever had. The amenities are beyond compare. The resort style pool, billiards room, fitness room, relaxation lake view deck stocked with comfy seating, movie theatre, valet trash pick up, and an upscale restaurant in our back yard! And never have I seen a management company do so much for it's residents. Sponsored happy hour events, catered pool parties, movie night, even an oyster roast! The apartments are spacious and luxurious. The management team is always cheerful and eager to help. I'm honestly sad to go.

Lovely staff! They help out every time I have a request. Not to mention the location is amazing- pretty awesome to have a beautiful lake and restaurant in your backyard! Our 2 bedroom is super spacious, the largest 2 bedroom I’ve ever lived in in an apartment. The pool and amenities are beautiful as well.

Piggy back off of Peyton H below. We've been living here for 3 months and have yet to receive a gate key. It's crucial with Rusty closing for the season, the restaurant is getting a lot of traffic. Our lease promised one gate key per resident. We've gone through 3 months, 2 yelp reviews and numerous unwelcomed visits with the staff with this specific matter. We've been on a "wait list" for three months while a new resident was handed a gate key just this week. Just want to be able to park close to my home on busy nights. Thanks everyone. Apartment staff, please do

Just moved in October 2018. So far the place seems pretty nice, the unit was very clean, fresh carpet and paint, no funky odors, and everything works. These units are right on beautiful Lake Murray, and Liberties bar and grill is a short walk away...good food and spirits, and a great marina setting too. Like all multi-family dwellings, there are always some compromises, noise, barking pets, etc., but no yard to maintain, or typical household expense surprises! So far the staff has been helpful and friendly.

The office personal lives at the complex and acts like they own the place. She called herself "our manager." They have yet to give me a parking fob despite me living here four months and going to the office asking about it weekly. Our garbage disposal broke a week into the lease and we literally step on nails walking on the carpet because it wasn't installed properly. Half of the gym equipment remains broken despite us notifying the staff numerous times. Overall disappointed with the level of professionalism of the staff

We lived here for 15 months. I do not have any idea anyone could give this place outstanding reviews. As for it being a great environment, I guess it depends of whether you like people letting their kids swim in the clearly marked fountain area with signs all over the place saying no swimming there, glass bottles at the edge of the pool, drunks fighting for parking spaces while you sip your wine on your 'balcony' in the parking lot below you, or if you don't mind waiting two weeks for a service call that involves requesting a lightbulb in the office that you could just put in yourself

I have not lived here. Just going off the experience of a visit tour. The sales lady was not that good. I was talking about staying in a hotel waiting on a unit I wanted to become available. No light came on for her. I was looking their website and noticed they had guest units available and that was not told to me by the sales lady. After days of trying to get in contact with someone I was told it can be rented for same price as unit until your unit is available.
I asked if there were any storage units close to the complex. She didn't know what a storage unit was. Public storage, Bee Safe

Great apartments on Lake Murray. They also have a nice workout room. The liberty restaurant also delivers to the apartments. Shortest lease is 10 months and they also have a military clause. They also have a few rooms they rent out for vacation rentals. Chelsie helped us with our lease. She is real nice!
