Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards Dr Chiu and her staff. My family and I, have been patients of Dr Chiu for a few years. From the first day we walked in, we have been treated by Miss Daisy (manager), with outmost care and respect, consideration and kindness. We have been treated as part of their family and not just patients. Furthermore, Liz has been unbelievably amazing both in knowledge and in helping us these years with our glasses. Terrible service. We feel like we are being scammed by everyone in this office. First Liz tried to up-sale then once we paid over $600 for our glasses, they didn't fit right, the staff refused to make it right especially Noey. (Not sure about the spelling). She made us come back with an appointment to see our original optician even though we were originally told we didn't need to make the appointment. They refused to have the optician who's currently working to help resolve the problem. We asked to see the optometrist Carla Chiu, Noey refused to let us see her. We had to demand

I've never really thought having an optometrist for simple things is not really necessary. I use technology to keep my life convenient and less stress in my schedule. Experiencing the level of service and care the FLOE team provides, I can't imagine having a greater lift to my optimal health. They are considerate, intelligent, super honest in their frame purchase or not purchase advise (yes they tell you to not buy a frame if they see that is the best advise). The way they communicate and the organization their staff has is nothing short of impressive. Very glad I found an optometrist

I been going to this place for a few years now, and they always give me the best medical advice for my eyes. They treat the patients very nice and always discuss the options clearly so there are no confusion. I got an appointment at this office next week and I'm excited to for my exam. Its always a good and informative time at this optometry.

I had an excellent experience today with FLOE Optometry ..the girls on the front desk were very friendly and super nice and Dr Wong explained everything in details in an easy way.. I have been in another office before where I felt they are just trying to sell me glasses.. but I felt that Dr Wong was honest with me and he was very professional and answered all my questions .. I highly recommend this office and Dr Wong !

Been coming here for several years since this was still For Eyes and when Dr. Cho was still seeing patients on a day-to-day basis, and now I drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Chiu for my eyecare appointments. I also referred others here and they really like Dr. Chiu as well. Even though the doctors are great, the office staff seriously needs to have a better communication system in place with patients. Numerous times they would tell me "we will let you know when there is an update from the lab/your glasses are ready, but every time it turns out that I have to call in and ask for details. In fact

First time coming back after pandemic happened.
The staff makes it feels safe and follows all protocols.
Dr. Chiu took time with me to address my concerns and answered with such clarification.
Liz was very patient and helped me pick out a new frame. She also made sure she updated me right away with any changes in my order.

Dr Wong is super friendly, but more importantly very bright. Clearly explains what exactly is going on with your eyes and provides very clear recommendations on how to take care of your eyes. State of the art equipment are used to diagnose the physical properties of your retinal. And the staff of FLOE are very nice and serviceable. I’d definitely recommend this Optometry group of doctors.

I went to FLOE Optometry after reading all of the 5-star reviews on Yelp. So glad I did! I was suffering from eye contact fatigue and Dr. Wong prescribed miracle eye drops and then spent three sessions with me attempting to find the right eye contact that would let my eye breathe. He is not just an optometrist---he is an artist.
COVID safety practices are in place, the staff are extremely nice, and Dr. Wong himself is personable, professional, and extremely patient. Highly recommend FLOE (and esp. Dr. Wong!) to anyone who is on the fence about where to go in Irvine!

She was so helpful to me with changing my appointment and making sure I get sample contacts beforehand. I've never had a good experience with an optometrist's office. Now I feel at ease and hopeful about Floe Optometry. I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment with them!

Man what a hassle it was to deal with this place .
1) I believe in safety , but they take covid to a whole new level. You have to text them when you arrive , wait in the car and then they let you in . I get temperature checks, mask wearing and washing hands, but Jerez.
2) Horrible frame selection . They informed me that is because they carry more "high end" frames. Lol girl please . Wear is the Prada , Bvulgari, Coach, Versace. I'm not a snob, but it was hard for me to find a pair of frames that I thought were decent. I would go to a place with a bigger selection next time.

This used to be a 5 star optometrist. However their QC has become horrible throughout the years. We really enjoyed working with the doctors and Daisy in the front but every time we get glasses there have been issues with frame color mixups, damage, and prescription issues. They have always been able to correct it or make it better, but it was always after a lot of back and forth. The most recent example, I had to wait 6 months for a frame I ordered and when they were finally shipped to me, they were damaged. This time they were not able to fix the issue so I waited that long for nothing. I&apos

I ended up finding this Optometry office on a whim due to an emergency. My eye was freaking out from the evening before and my usual eye doctor was still closed. It was my eyes and I definitely didn't want to wait any longer so my gf took me here. They were able to take me in last minute within the hour or so and I couldn't be anymore thankful. The receptionist(I think it was Daisy) I spoke to on the phone was so sweet, understanding and was able to get all my info to schedule the appointment.

This was seriously the best medical experience I have ever had!! We are new to California and I felt like customer service here is kind of dry and impersonal in general, but this place is such a big exception!

I had a wonderful experience at FLOE Optometry! First Lizteh (the office manager) greeted me warmly and she’s very knowledgeable about the frames & lenses, she immediately made me at ease and I made the appointment on the spot. Dr. Wong and stuff gave me a complete exam and explained everything in detail. I’m very happy about the whole experience and can’t wait to try on my new glasses & sunglasses! 😃

Daisy, Meghan, and Dr. Justin Wong were INCREDIBLE. I went straight from LAX to the optometry and from the beginning (over the phone with Daisy) to being taken care of and tested by Dr. Wong (who is personable, kind, and honest and ethical) to having the finances explained by Meghan... Oh, my gosh. I'm so obsessed. All the Yelp reviews are true: this place is great. The location is easy to find! The parking is easy and abundant. The inside is clean and organized. After waiting for a few weeks for this appointment, it turns out they don't take my insurance at this location even though it's listed as a provider under my insurance. Last year, they stated the same thing but actually did my exam due to an error on their end. A year later, "they're still working on being removed from the list." I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and was looking forward to my visit. However, I don't think that this was very professional to wait until a day before your appointment to let someone know

Haven't gotten an eye exam in a long time but I chose this place based on word of mouth and the yelp reviews.
Very well organized, easy online appointment set up. The staff made everything go very smoothly explaining what my coverage was etc.
