The Vineyard Of Olive Branch Apartment Homes

DO NOT move into these apartments & live on the upstairs unit if you have kids or are heavy footed. Apparently they like to charge you fees without any evidence of the noice complaint. When you try & speak to the office they give you the run around & never respond back. For someone who works 6days a week & through business hours, emails & phone calls is how I get things handled & they seem to not care. Also make sure you take photo & video of EVERYTHING inside before & after you move in. Oh don’t forget to change every light bulb & clean the ceiling fans also or they will charge you for that

I have been living in these apartments since June. I actually like living here. My neighbors are nice and friendly. I have one issue with my upstairs neighbor. It is very hard to go to sleep at night when he is at home. It is also very hard to sleep in when he is home. His constant walking, stomping hard, banging on the walls, moving furniture around has become a problem. I literally feel like he is going to stomp so hard and come through my ceiling. I have reached out to the courtesy officer 3 times and I have called the leasing office and no one seems to care. I keep getting the run around when

I am in the same situation as Quentin D mentioned below. I have been a tenant for three years and overall have enjoyed my experience. Despite the clear mistreatment by the recent decisions of upper management I'm going upgrade units as required. Fortunately I'm in the position to be able to make this transition. Even so, the transition has still not been made easy. This is the fault of company policy and not any front office staff. Current resident who are being forced out are then put on a waiting list. Great complex, everything you need in one spot. Gym, pool, park, ponds and you’re surrounded by trees. Prompt repairs and kind folks all around, family based neighborhood. Quiet neighbors too. Plenty of parking with multiple entry/exit for easy access any direction. Washer dryer in the units is great also. Love my balcony. And close to great restaurants.

I absolutely enjoy this apartment community. The office staff is always very helpful and go above and beyond to keep residents involved in fun activities. The maintenance staff is also very nice and responds very quickly to maintenance requests. They also follow up to ensure everything is good. These are by far the nicest apartments in Olive Branch. You won’t regret living here one bit.

I've been hear nearly a month and don't have any complaints. During the application process they were responsive and very helpful. they also answered every question I had. the price for the quality and space is very reasonable. I couldn't have picked a better place for my first apartment. my only very small con is that we had to wait till move in day to see the apartment we were living in not the model. But it wasn't a big issue being that it seems like that's the going thing now a days.

The Vineyards are a wonderful apartment complex. They are very family oriented and very entertaining as well. Almost every Friday afternoon they will have a different food vendor setting up shop so the tenants can try different cuisines. This is a pretty good thing to offer to tenants. They are understanding and realize that life happens and are willing to help out, however they can while running a great apartment complex. Amber and Anna and Theo are awesome. Great team there!!!

Since I am from another state, I was
kind of nervous about moving into an apartment. The service at the Vineyard has been impeccable from stat to finish. They even called to check on me after I moved in. From the service and responses from the business office to the assistance from maintenance in repair they have been great! Thanks foe the warm

I love living here! Management staff is fantastic and they always solve my concerns quickly. I put in a maintenance ticket last week and they were at my apartment within 2 hours and had fixed the issue. It’s quiet here and the food trucks they bring in are awesome. Love it here!

I have lived here for 5 months. The customer service at the front office has been great. The girls are personable and friendly. If I've had any maintenance issues, they have been handled promptly. I love the landscaping and walkways around the property and especially my patio that backs up to the woods. The floors are hardwood, so you hear a lot of noise if you are on the ground floor and sometimes upstairs neighbors are not considerate of their kids running around stomping. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience so far.
