My ac has been down for a week now . Im 34 weeks pregnant and with a toddler . They placed a window unit and does not do justice to the apartment . Shelby county has reported a heat advisory today . This is not acceptable. I have contacted the main office at briar club and corporate @ Lennox companies and either has not raised a concern to this .

Briar Club Apartments are a hidden gem. The grounds are very well kept and the customer service was excellent. I stopped by the office after work and even though they were about to close soon they welcomed me in took their time and answered all of my questions with a smile. The living spaces are just as beautiful as the people who work there. Briar Club just feels like a really good place to call home!!
