I stayed over here many years. But by Gods grace he showed me mercy and I was able to move out where it is 100% better. There has been so many different apartment mangers assigned to these apartments I can’t even count. They charge so much money when you move out of their apartment it is so ridiculous and omg the manager they have over there now is so rude. Everyone else in the office is understanding. Many people in those apartments that I have grown close to and myself has called corporate numerous of times and there has been no call back AT ALL! They break in your cars over there, The Maintenance

Your car will get broken into, maybe stolen and they don’t do anything about it!!! Do not come here , bad place to stay. All of my neighbors have gotten their cars broken into/ or stolen. They won’t do anything about it!!! Also there are no parking spaces and they have started getting our cars towed for parking where we can. They have plenty of handicap spots but no one that stays here is handicap but we get towed anyways. STAY AWAY IM WARNING YOU. My whole complex is moving out after their leases!!!!

I have asked these people numerous times now to do something about these break ins/stolen cars!! Now they are towing us , right after rent is due! It’s insane , had to pay almost $300 to get my car back when there weren’t any parking spaces, my apartment is in the front , i have a 30lb child i should be able to park in front of it if im paying $1100 a month!! Don’t worry im calling all of the local news stations, sick of this. Don’t move here, you put in the same work orders and nothing gets fixed even after they come 20 times. They have tape on my thermostat to hold it together! Sinks

Moved out of this place a couple months ago after living there for a few years. They found reasons to keep upping the rent every year. When we finally moved out they kept coming up with more things that we needed to pay for. They don’t care about the renters they only care about the money. Find anywhere else to go.

Our Air conditioning unit was broken for almost a month and we filed a repair request to fix it. They told us that the request had been completed, yet as shown on the picture below, the temperature is nearly 80 degrees celsius even though we set the temperature to 60. We went outside and saw that the fan wasnt running for a long time and the tube connected to the boiler room was frozen and did not work. They said they had ordered a control board for the problem but its been about 3 weeks and it still isnt fixed. We cant even do a simple activity without it heating up inside the apartment. We lived here for 2 years 2016-2018. Apparently they got my review removed.
I can assure you the conditions have only gotten worse. I know plenty who still live here. Gunshots going off at night. People being shot in your entry ways. Robberies mugging. Pool area never open or always crowded with non guests starting fights.
Management having a "courtesy" officer steal your grill that's electric. Cars broken into. Management changes every year. Mold in the ac shafts. Constant water leaks and busted pipe due to illegal polyurethane piping with crimp fittings.

The problem of leaking water in the sink has not been resolved from last year to this year, and now it is moldy. No solution. Mold has affected the health of me and my family. Hope to solve these problems as soon as possible

Please don’t rent here. The reviews are very true and are missing some more reasons not to live here. The office is always changing people so everything is unorganized. I don’t know if they screened the neighbors like they did us but it gets a little ratchet and project like. The cats are out of control and will jump on your car, they will lose your paperwork and charge fees that you have to curse them out to get it right and things will not be fixed in a timely fashion. I can’t wait until our lease is over. Never in a million years I would’ve thought Olive Branch was like living in Parkway

Don’t even waste your time. They posted an apartment by “accident” that wasn’t even available. I applied, was in contact with them for several days, and no one thought to mention that it wasn’t available. The only reason I know is because I emailed and asked about sending in paystubs. They charged me $110 for an application fee and refuse to refund it. It’s insane. They offered to put me on a waiting list that’s months out, my lease ends shortly. It would be different if we didn’t get approved and they took the application fee but this is by no means our fault, and completely on

Initially, I had reservations about moving here. Once moved and settled, the transition was seamlessly.
I stayed in the complex for a year and ABSOLUTELY loved it. Brandi in the leasing office was great from the beginning through the end. I didn't have any issues as they apply to a resident. Work orders were handled quickly, management were very visible and always willing to assist.
