Honest opinion the apartments are nice or the one they show you for the tour. The front office lady was nice as well. BUT I applied in September and haven’t received any other correspondence in addition I’ve called their office every day for the last 2 weeks (no exaggeration at all) to check on the status of my app & wouldn’t you know it their voicemail has been full for the entirety of the two weeks as well. Any kind of update would’ve been fine because I wanted to know ahead of time so I could take next steps on moving out of my old apartments but They don’t offer an email for communication

Dominique and Tonnicia made my move in experience amazing!! They were both super sweet and transparent about everything. They did my first walkthrough with me and made sure I was pleased which I was and it already feels like home. I recommend The Local to anyone looking to move! The process was fast, smooth, and stress free, i’m glad to call The Local home.

I just moved in to the local apartments and I am very well pleased with the office staff Dominique she has a very pleasant and professional attitude she helped me through my process of moving from beginning to the end any questions I had and any help I needed love my apartment except the stairs 🤣🤣🤣 and the cigarette smoke and weed smell but lovely place

Everyone was very helpful. I worked with Tiffany and Dominique primarily. They were able to get me in a few days early, which allowed me to have Friday and the weekend to move in versus moving in on a Monday. This saved me a ton of stress in moving. Everyone was great about answering all my questions as well (and I had many). Thank you, everyone!

The Local Apartment are terrible apartment to live in I wouldn't Recommend this apartment to anyone. I turn in my keys on April 30,2020 they didn't check in my keys until May 4 and then charge me rent for the month of May.
The management attitude is horrible.
Even after you move they will over charge you on utilities.
I barely stay at my apartment in the month of April but my utilities are over 50 dollars plus they charge a service fee of 4 dollars.
The credit company they sent my information to is horrible also.
If I could I would give them. Zero stars

I reach out to corporate about a month ago about a situation I was having in the apartment . The corporate lady and I was having a whole conversation and she said she will contact me in 2 days and still haven’t heard back from nobody from corporate. In my opinion Cinnamon Trails is not the same anymore when I first moved over there back in 2015 or 2016.
