In the past few months I was struggling to get the repairs that I needed in my apartment but the team here at Ashmore bridge estates has hired a new maintenance supervisor and this guy is on the ball. he knows his stuff, he is extremely polite and attentive to his clients, he leads his team diligently, and the man even gave me a little lesson on my A.C. unit.

Rocco is so helpful and friendly. He takes time to answer all my questions and he always has a smile on his face. When I see him riding around on the golf cart he's always greeting all the residents. He really makes it seem like a community out here, like he really cares about the people. He's the best leasing agent I've ever worked with
