How often is availability updated? Our residents are required to provide a 30-day prior to move out, so daily availability will reflect this information. Keep in mind this may change daily depending upon individual circumstances that result in needing to move out. What is included in the rent price?
The tenant portal gives you the ability to pay anywhere at any time, you can even set up recurring payments for your rent amount, or a specified amount every month. With the online maintenance request, you can submit a work-order, and track it to see if it has been seen, and when it is completed! Our tenant portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.

I have lived at Windmill Apartments for 7 years. I have watched managers come and go but the current manager is by far the best manager Windmill has had while I was there. She is always very pleasant and professional. She is always available to address any concerns and any issues I have in a timely manner. She is very personable and easy to talk to. The community is always clean and quiet. The only reason I am leaving this community is because I purchased a home. I strongly recommend Windmill Apartments.

Poor maintenance! A lot of leaks! Dumpsters overflowing! Manager lives on site and is in and out of the office. On the plus side I didn't notice an abnormal amount of roaches and spiders and there is a laundry on site and a pool. Fairly quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of Woodruff Rd and 5 minutes to grocery stores.

Just tried to take my daughters swimming and apparently because the "pool monitor" had a issue with telling a child to stop running.. He then shut down the pool from the whole community and it's not suppose to close until 8pm.
I pay a nice monthly rent to be able to enjoy the amenities of this community.
And the basketball court is locked 24/7.
