This apartment complex, on several occasions, changed their policies on small things like garbage pick up. I didn’t think anything of it other than an annoying occurrence. And it all led up to a situation where one employee lied about us and we were illegally given 7 days to leave. SC law clearly states they can’t. In out lease it states we are given 24 hours to remedy the specific issue but they decided they are above a written contract and state law. So if you value a contract and your protected rights, look elsewhere.

We were tenants for about three years and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and its location. However, the rent turned out to be high compared to other comparable facilities. We stayed because the grounds were kept up, the maintenance staff was excellent, and everyone was extremely responsive and attentive when my wife passed away. I would have stayed but the rent in the new apartment I would have moved to was too high for my reduced budget. If you can afford it, Abberly is great.

I’m leaving this review to recognize one of your staff members in the clubhouse, Haley Wines! She is just amazing! She is always so kind and genuine. Anytime we need anything we truly hope Haley is the one answering the phone when we call. She is a huge asset to the community and always makes us feel like we’re right at home. I also want to note. I was not asked to leave a review by anyone. I simply felt the need to publicly praise her for being so awesome!! She is truly the definition of greatness in customer care!

I would like to thank to all Abberly Market Point Apartment's team. Elizabeth, Kara, Haley, Austin, Richard, Patrick. They have very good and helpful team. Patrick helped me to move in even it is not his responsibility. What a nice person... Richard also helped carrying my packages without hesitation. Elizabeth replies your e-mails really quick. They delivered apartment pretty clean. Totally nice experience.

A fantastic place to call home! Abberly Market Point was the first place that my wife and I called home after getting married and moving to Greenville. We visited and toured several complexes in the area, but Abberly stood out over all the others for the immediate comfort and homey feel that we felt. This apartment complex has great amenities: pool, gym, fire pit, and more, in addition to well-arranged, modern floor plans, all for a great price. This has been more like a vacation home than an everyday living! It is just that great! The excellent care in the office to on the spot maintenance, it has been an enjoyable experience adjusting to apartment life again. When my family moved me in, they were wow mom this is the best place you ever lived. Look at the details down to granite counters! Love living here!
