Unorganized! They change property managers more than you can count, and when a property manager leaves, there’s a mess! The mess then turns into previous tenants having to deal with their issues that they didn’t fix! When a property manager leaves they should have a better system of knowing what the previous property manager handled instead of guessing! Unacceptable!

So I went on a tour a few weeks ago and waited an hour for a manager to get back because I guess they didn’t get the notification from their higher ups that I was coming in. I quickly forgave the manager that did come because he was fairly new. We went on a tour and the apartments themselves are so adorable and secluded and surrounded by trees. What I didn’t like about the complex was that it is not safe and they take low care of their grounds. Garbage everywhere and it just looks dirty. As I walk up to the front office doors there are 2 seats to your right that are rusty and just look nasty

Once Hunter’s Chase got new management they’ve been pretty good, but the security and safety of this complex is not the best at all. My vehicle has been broken in to twice. They just recently got “security” to patrol the area, we see how that is working out lol… I worry about my safety and I really should not have to. The employee that works in the front office told my fiancé there was nothing that could’ve done and told him to get a RING camera to put on the property some how… I don’t know how that is going to help the situation. They do not care about our well being/safety whatsoever

This has been one of the best moves ever. I came to Hunter Chase to view a one bedroom. I did not expect much honestly because I came from a sister property in Adams Farm and was treated like I was unwanted, spoke to like a dog and over all left feeling bad about myself. But all that changed when I came to hunters. I was greeted by Dawn with a smile and right away felt welcomed. I told her about my experience at a sister property and she then apologized on their behalf . Which she did not have to do. She showed me a unit , I feel the price was a little bit high and could definitely use a upgrade

I went there today & was shown a 1 bedroom apartment. It was pretty clean and plenty of space. The staff in the front office were very nice to me & friendly. The community is in a good area. I hope I’m able to make Hunters Chase my new home.

I have had a very positive experience with the staff at Hunters Chase. They are quick to respond to inquiries and make sure you have all the information you need to make a decision. The application process was explained well and I am confident in my decision to live at this complex.

Upon moving in, we had issues with our neighbor. We went to the leasing office for guidance and they acted swiftly and professionally to ensure my family had a safe environment to raise our son!
There is a convenient way for you to request maintenance services online, which during the pandemic came in handy!
The management staff has shown my family the upmost respect upon us moving in.
I cannot right a review and not mention the convenient location. Minutes away from shopping centers.
I recommend Hunters Chase to anyone looking for a beautiful home!
