Update:My gel pedi lasted over 2 1/2 months, so I highly recommend for a pedi. I recently got a gel mani and the gel started to chip away in under a week, which is upsetting :( considering this is NOT a cheap salon lol. For a gel pedi w/ one acrylic removal on a toenail and one fill on a toenail with gel mani and 15% tip the total wast $115 . The staff is super friendly though.

I wanted so badly for this to be my "go to" nail salon because I am a resident in the Shops at Legacy. The staff are so nice and attentive but the work and the time were a big disappointment.
I got a full set of dip (nexgen) nails with tips. No existing nails so it should have been a 45 minute process.
They started me right away, which was great, but it took 2 hours. Then on top of that the sweetest gentleman that had started my nails just wasn't getting it done. There was a very kind woman that I think may be the manager that took over but it still took 2 hours.

Went here with a group of my friends after a long week at work to relax. The women were unorganized from the start and then became rude when one of the techs messed up another girls nails who asked for it to be fixed (because she was paying for a service to be done correctly). The nail tech began calling her names in her maiden language and called her stupid telling her it was just the way her nails were shaped. THEN proceed to overcharge for a poorly done service. Don't go here. There are much nicer places in Plano. And to the owners, make sure to do your trash talking when your customers

I've just moved in the neighborhood and I'm a big fan of nail art. I spent a lot of time researching a place in my new area and came across this gem. This place is so cute. Lots of inspirational quotes and cute backgrounds... they even have candy!

I’ve been in this nail salon several times. I have to say, the quality of their gel is awesome. It lasts long but if you want french this place is not a good option. They have no idea how to do french!!!

I was holding off writing this review because although I had a horrible experience, the workers were really nice. I had an appointment the day before because I was in a rush and needed to be in and out quickly. When I got there they had me wait 1 hour. The man that was suppose to do my nails are his lunch for at least 45 minutes of that hour and they were getting in people without an appointment within minutes. I just had my nails done by the sweetest lady, I believe she owns the place. I showed her a picture of what I wanted off of Pinterest and they looked exactly like that and they were perfect. Next time I'm in this area, I will definitely be back! Very cute nail salon also.

I have been coming here for years and EVERY person that works here is beyond professional, extremely friendly, and the service is amazing!
They always get my nail shape perfect, have great color selections, and have helped me get my real nails beautiful, healthy, and long! I have also had nail art on a few occasions and it’s also been great.
I highly recommend coming here if you want great service with friendly people. There have also been so many times where they were able to help me out during a walk-in service even while busy! Thank you Debbie and all the staff, y’all are the best!

Don't go... whatever you do go anywhere else.. worst service and nail Job I've had in 15 years... I showed he photo of what I wanted and go notthhing like it. Terrible experience. The pedi water was cold the entire time. Stubbed my heel so hard she took a chunk of skin out.. I asked multiple times for specific changes and she said she'd get to it.. she bumped my nails while drying as she was filing and then blamed me and told me not to touch my phone which I didn't have out. Came for a relaxing experience and my first time out since COVID and left with ugly nails and stressed

I believe her name was Katy but she did an amazing job on my nails, and had a wonderful personality. I'm from Arizona and consider going to Dallas just for her haha she recommended some great restaurants and the pedi lasted a month, amazing work!

First time here and it was a pleasant experience! It is relatively small but very clean and beautiful with lots of color options. We came on a Wednesday evening and there were only 3 technicians working so we spent almost 2 hours there (waiting and getting our nails done). The owner was there and was doing her absolute best to multitask and get our nails started. (I wish the massage on the chairs had more options!) Will be back!

I dont know we're I should begin. I was excited about getting my feet done to relax, but it was not relaxing at all. The staff was very friendly. I just had an awkward experience. I thought it was Normal to relax and shut your eyes for a minute while getting your feet done but that was not the case for me. I couldn't close my eyes for one second without the lady tapping me to get up. This went on the whole 2 hours. She did do a good job on my feet they felt super soft afterwards, but my polish chipped 2 hours after getting them done. After spending $50 i wouldnt expect things like this

My friend and I went here hoping to get simple, colored French tips on both our nails. We called ahead to ask about pricing for dip nails with tips, and they told us it would be around $45. We assumed that with the French tips, it would likely come out to $55 at most. They ended up charging me $65, and my friend $70 because of "how long" she got hers. To make matters more irritating, both of us were completely dissatisfied with the appearance of our nails. We both asked for such simple designs and got nothing close to what we asked for. So, I'm giving this place 2 stars...more than 1 star because it was clean and they were never busy when I went so I got right in without a wait. The attached photo is from a gel manicure I got to fix an initial gel manicure I got 2 days prior where the nail polish was completely filled with bubbles, uneven textures, and became discolored/yellow-ish just after 2 days.

I have been here in the past to get my nails done. I live close by so I really wanted to get a waxing service and I saw that Celebrity Nails does waxing so I thought I would give this place a shot.
They take you into a cozy little room for the waxing service.
The woman who did my wax was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and made sure I wasn't in any pain. I really loved the customer service that was provided!
I will come back again in the future.

Great service, friendly staff, and quality products! I enjoyed my visit here with my sisters when we came here for the first time. It's conveniently located on the north side of shops at Legacy. It closes around 7pm during the week, but the staff was friendly enough to let 3 of us come in for mani/pedi around 6:45! We left around 8pm, but we loved our nails and never felt rushed!!

My sisters and I plan on being back soon!!

I wanted to wait to write this review until the next day to see how my fingers felt. Highly would not recommend this place which is very frustrating for how expensive it is. I took a girlfriend from out of town to try the chrome nail color (1st time for both of us), and it was not good... we were there for over 3 hours because the two technicians did not know how to do it. After 3 hours the manager had to step in and do both of ours. She one again had to file them down because the girl had done the dip wrong.

For $130 a person (no joke) and sitting there for 3+ hours I would expect a discount
