The Works is a 80,000+ square foot multipurpose health club owned by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. The Works is located at 23 Works Way on Route 108 in Somersworth, 2 miles north of Exit 9 on the Spaulding Turnpike (the old Weeks Traffic Circle) and 10 minutes from Rochester and Dover. The Works will be the premier wellness and fitness center for individuals and families on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

In order to provide the best service for all our members, when you reserve a lane or a pod and cannot attend we require you to cancel in the Member Portal (where you made your reservation) OR to call us at 603-742-2163 in advance as soon as you know. Otherwise, we hold your lane/pod and it does not allow other members to use the pools.
Once on the site, locate the "Access My Account" button listed under "First time here?". After entering your information, select "Search" in the bottom right corner. Once your account is found, a verification email will then be sent to your email address with the final login instructions. Please open your email to access these instructions.

Wentworth-Douglass Health System is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit charitable health care organization located in the Seacoast community of Dover, New Hampshire with a 110-year history of compassionate care and innovation.
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Rehabilitation Services offers one-on-one care with licensed therapists for specialized treatment of pain and muscular conditions along with general orthopedic rehabilitation. The care team specializes in spine care, sports rehab, aquatic therapy, orthopedic care, and hand therapy, using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

First I was told I could cancel anytime and not be charged...then tried to cancel before year was up and was told I would be charged for the entire year regardless....Then I was told more than once that I wouldn't be charged once my year membership was up when I called to make sure my membership would end after the year was up. Then got charged after the year was up, called AGAIN and was told that "there were no notes in the system saying I wanted to cancel my membership.". Then when I explained I asked more than once and was told the same info, was then told I was told the wrong info and nothing
