The application process was a breeze. Jennifer, the branch manager, did a great job of providing information and was very accommodating of my work schedule. I toured a unit, filled out my application, and was approved all within a couple of hours. I dropped of my deposit the next day and move in this week.

Have been living here since January of 2021 but now we’ve found mold on multiple of our personal belongings including clothes and shoes.. was told by an office lady on 8/2/2021 that they would come with a specialist to look at our problems on 8/3/2021. When she came she didn’t have a specialist and didn’t look at all of our problems or spaces we had to show. she said the specialist has to be contacted and it will be a couple of days when asked why the specialist wasn’t brought out today since she had the entire day yesterday to contact them she smiled acted as if we were in an argument

My husband and I have been living here since October 2019. The “remodels” they claim they’ve done are 1/2 fast and extremely low budgeted. The flooring is uneven in some parts of the apartment, there’s noticeable damage that was quickly covered up with putty and paint. Severe leaks going on in our bathroom ceiling with visible black mold and pockets of water just sitting inside the ceiling waiting to burst open. There’s still roaches in the apartment when we first moved in, I see them every once in a while. Maintenance is very unresponsive and unreliable. I understand this place was in

I live at The Normandy Apartment from 2006 to 2019.It was really lovable apartment to live in. Lived here 9 years and longer you stay the worse it gets . You pay for monthly pest control and don't get Any services rendered . The apartment manager then blames you and say you are in fault . Bathroom is a shambled mess has been for long time . You pay for water and never see a bill. Rent goes up every year before your lease is up. Oh BTW my lease started in July and some how now it is in sept . Tell me how the hell that works? 🤔Manager lies and say we all pay same rent but we don't . Because this is a section 8 outlet and the ones who do work pay the full price . Bottom line if you want
