Colonnade Willow Bend

I’ve been here over a year now and worse decision of my life. First off, the apartment structure is damaged (pics included) there’s cracks throughout the walls and my door won’t even close all the way. They have mice or rats throughout the walls . I have a hole in the kitchen which is kind of hidden but noticed debris on the counter after cleaning up one day. I then noticed the hole . I didn’t think anything of it until a different day I found animal hair on the stove (I do not own any animals) I then covered the hole with tape . They also have roaches . This apartment complex is amazing. I have been here now going on 3 years. The office staff (Mattie, George and Michael) are awesome and they model excellent customer service always. Maintenance is on top of service requests within 24 hours and are always so respectful and helpful. If you are looking for an apartment complex with staff that truly care and go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and happy then Colonnade at Willow Bend is your new home.

I’m going to do them a favor and just move but don’t rent here. They sent a new maintenance dude over twice without a warning. He had no shirt identification that he worked on property no shirt no work order, so twice I said not a chance and didn’t let the guy in. So it’s my fault now and the third time I reached out three maintenance men show up to fix the microwave, dishwasher, ice machine in freezer, and garbage disposal. Yeah, they are all broke as. We used to really love it here however maintenance has gone down the drain. They knick once and try to open your door. Also too many people smoke in their porches and the smell gets into my apartment constantly. There are pitbulls in the community which according to the office must be allowed do to housing laws. We will be exploring our options next renewal.

This was by far the best complex I've lived in. The staff, amenities, grounds and layout were the best. The staff was remarkable. They called back when they said they would. During COVID they made sure residents were taken care of and reached out to make sure everyone was ok. During the ice storm they supplied, water, warm meals and locations to take a shower and places to keep warm. The maintenance crews were very knowledgeable, friendly and always smiled and waved when driving by.
Only suggestion I would have is lighter wall colors as it could be a little dark in the apartment, ceiling fans

I have enjoyed living here very much. It is very quiet and their courtyard area is one of my favorites as I love feeding the birds and squirrels. The management team is respectful as well as very professional. I can't say enough good things about their maintenance department. They handle things right away and if they have had to stay late to see that everything is ok, they do. I would recommend Colonnade at Willow Bend to anyone. I am an Apartment Locator and could have moved anywhere and I chose Colonnade.

MASSIVE ROACHES in the apartment and rats in the walls that you can hear *all night long*. All that they do to "fix" this is say that they'll send pest control. This week they haven't even done that, just closed the work order without doing anything at all! We're living in squalor because they will not actually address the issues in their buildings.
There are so many other issues living here, like absolutely no available parking if you decide to stay out past 8pm, but the rodents is the main issue worth knowing about. There's nothing "luxury" about this community.

Breach of Contract
The cannabis shop moved in last November and I have had migraines ever since. The weed is so strong that I can't sleep in my own bedroom. If I turn on the A/C it gets worse. People come over and they are just taken back when I open the door. I have complained and complained about the odor. They mark my maintenance request as "complete" and ignore my emails. I wonder if I would hear from them if I stopped paying my rent??? I've got red carpenter ants burrowing through my ceiling. They leave handfuls of sawdust on the floor and the counter. Moved to Texas and this apartment complex about 6 months ago. Perfect transition. The apartment amenities are what we expect, size of the 2 room apartment is great, and the campus grounds are well kept. Neighbors are friendly and the pool is always clean, clear and blue! They also have regular food trucks attend and brunches as well. The office staff, Henry in particular helped my family and I move in. His attention to detail is fantastic, very accommodating and always a nice person to talk to whenever I visit the clubhouse. I'd recommend this complex to any of my friends or family.

We've lived here for over a year and we love it! The grounds are well maintained with mature trees, a creek, dog parks, and walking paths. Our floorplan has good storage, good-sized rooms and high ceilings.
Maintenance is timely when you need them fast. Office staff is helpful. Neighbors are friendly, diverse and everybody is just doing their thing.
And, we love our garage! Having a place for our cars AND extra storage space is awesome!
