Edit: Just updating for a refresher since they are faking reviews so hard, I say fake as I don't know a human with empathy who could find June tolerable let alone a good manager. Also seriously, homeless people know that the gate code is 4200 it's literally a joke.
Homeless have full access to dumpster areas(careful tossing garbage in, might hit one digging through everything), something inside the unit in front of a window somehow counts as a 'window fixture'. (It's not fixed to anything, therefore not a fixture) Good Maintenance lead while I was there, unfortunately he's gone so I wouldn't expect

I Loved living in this complex! I had thee Most Beautiful View of the Strip w/out an extra fee. Clean grounds, Excellent staff (June & Celia, ACES! Karen & Unique before them) maintenance crew responded immediately, no bugs, lots of room and awesome amenities. I Highly recommend this complex. If I hadn't got a divorce there, I would've never left. God Bless!

What a garbage place to try and live. Memories I've moved on from, yet - Years after I've left I'm still being harassed to pay for damages that I did not make to an apartment hallway outside of my apartment. This was major construction - construction that was scheduled and executed at dawn on most days. Right outside my front door - with absolutely zero notice. When I left for good - the one office attendant told me that I need to sign for another month of rental - "since I didn't give them 30 day notice" .. which I did - at length - written and verbally delivered

I've been living at this properly for 7+ years and I've watched manager June work hard, day in and out to make this property better and better through out the years , from 7 year ago till today it is like night to day , she has always responded to my concerns immediately helped me in anyway she could , she truly cares of my well being , a lot of people only make reviews only when they have something bad to say .. you cant please everyone nowadays but June deserves some credit for the work she has put in for this property through out the years for the people that have been here long term understand

Currently filing a lawsuit against 4200 paradise, they have ignored me about my $1375 deposit for almost two months now. Ended 6 month lease never late on payments and left the apartment showroom quality. They moved someone in and didn't have to clean anything. (They told me). We're nice until I left now there ignoring me since I haven't received my $1375 deposit in almost 2 month now.

I moved out ended my 6 month lease. Gave $1400 for deposit. I steam cleaned all the carpet, washed the walls, did a professional cleaning in the kitchen and took pics of what I did. It was showroom ready, they sent me my deposit $395 dollars. Update 4200 paradise didn't actually send me any deposit. I'm still fighting with them for 6 weeks now haven't received nothing of my $1375 deposit, oh and FYI the 661 number this "owner" gave me isn't a working number

Very beautiful property the maintenance team does great job ...all the office girls our so Pleasant & very helpful, I moved in June & couldn’t be happier with my choice. They try really hard to make u feel good at home & if u have any safety problems they address they ASAP. I would definitely recommend

I don't get what's sooo special about the rent going up? I mean I understand that we now have the beautiful Virgin Hotel next door, but what about that "future development" Siegl Suites building, I hate looking out the window to see that view, that's the only thing I see that not so cute building all day everyday. Also I don't really appreciate that non-residents are allowed to park in the residents parking, like can security check more on that? We do have a residential sticker to show we are residents for a reason? I do notice that sometimes cars are stickered with

I've lived here for 10 months and it's always homeless people digging in the trash and nothing is ever done about it. It's always trash everywhere yet I have to pay for trash to be removed yet it sits on the floor all day. There isn't assigned parking. People blast music through the night like people aren't trying to sleep. When I moved in I wasn't given a proper walkthrough and things were missing from my apartment. COVID or not a walkthrough should be performed. Front desk staff is rude they need a new team who actually likes to be friendly and helpful towards paying

I really enjoy living at this property. The staff in the front office is very helpful and polite. Rocio helped me select the perfect apartment for me and gave me a nice house warming basket when I moved in. I like that the property is gated with plenty of covered parking that is not assigned as well as plenty of guest parking as well. The location is so convenient to the strip, downtown, the arts district and the airport. The only downside is the noise of airplanes as the airport is only a couple of miles away.

I have just moved in two days ago, and it was a breeze to move in all thanks to Rocio. She helped me out every step of the way and kept me updated of all the progress from application to move in. The apartment was clean and is very spacious with tons of sunlight. The community is really great with great amenities. The management and the maintenance staff are really helpful and respond quickly. The whole process was quick and effortless. Highly recommended if you are moving to Las Vegas.

If i could give less than one star i would. i lived here for six months. the units they show online are not the units you receive. there are several drug addicts and homeless people that live on the grounds (in the bushes, trash areas etc) and several severe issues with the upkeep of the apartment building and units. this is not a safe place to live! i repeat this is not a safe place to live! there wasn't even a smoke detector in the kitchen or living room in my unit. the manager and people on the office are very rude and very unhelpful. i had to call the police 3 times while living on the

I am absolutely in love with my new boutique style apartment in the heart of Las Vegas, 4200 Paradise location is perfect for the busy Vegas sightseer in me.

This apartment complex has been a place to truly call home thanks to the amazing staff both on the office side and the maintenance side. Special shout outs to CiCi, June, Mark and Auminque! The unit has been wonderful, and I especially I love my balcony with a view of UNLV! I would highly recommend this complex to any prospective tenants in search of a new place to call home, you'll be glad you did! I really like this apt. Complex. My neighbors are friendly and smile at me. I cannot tell you how very nice Celia and Karen are and how fantastic it is to live there and enjoy life near the Strip.
This place is gated and very secure. I have read negative comments on here and honestly want to give my opinion as well. My apt. is clean, everything works and I sleep well at night. I appreciate the nice and friendly atmosphere in the office and yes, it makes a difference to me! New friends and what a great location.

Folks stay away from this place. They over charge you. I was working 2 jobs paying rent on time to come home and see trash left next to my apartment. My blanket got stollen and they are not liable for it.
I finally moved to a nicer place. I thought I will forget about them...
The final bill came of amount $1197 for damages since I didn't have to pay deposit when I moved in. Well thank you ConAm Management and Mr June Kremer of 4200 Paradise for a nice stay at your property. $525 for trash left all over property by 7 month pregnant woman Wow!

Warning*** Bed Bugs *** Only good thing I can say is great location & neighbors. Bad things: Bed Bugs in almost every building, the silica dioxide i.e. Sand around the pool blows all over when the wind blows and is A health hazard, read about silicosis & after 7 years of living here the management is completely inept.

Once we're out of this community obviously we're at the boarder line of Hood! Lol
i'm about to hit a year, my experiences here has been amazing. It's a very quiet community. The neighbors are nice. A lot of dog lovers. Most of the residents here are in college, airline industry, or in the casino industry. Hardly any kids around.

Secured be hind a gated community with outrageous amenities like sandy beach pool with cabanas, gym, dog park, open covered parking, are only a fraction why I love living at 4200 Paradise! Manager June and her office staff Ingris and Adriana are pleasant every day of the year, it's the dream staff! I'll be here until I buy a house! Great neighbors, Great property, Great office staff. I had asked if there was a possibility to move in sooner. They said that should not be a problem. I thought this is great they are really helpful! Boy was I wrong.
I called 2 days after the current tenants of the property were due out. I was told they had not yet left so they couldn't tell me an exact date.

STAY AWAY! BLACKMAIL! ALL FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS! Please ignore my previous 3 star rating! The front office threatened to continue to charge me rent after I moved out at the end of my lease unless I changed my yelp rating. That is the sketchiest thing I have ever encountered from a business before. The front office blackmails its residents! This establishment is literally the worst! PLEASE READ ALL MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS ON WHAT LIVING HERE IS ACTUALLY LIKE!!!

I am SO glad my lease will be over in June. 6 more months of homeless people digging through our trash, our mail room smelling like pet urine, fire alarms going off ALL the time, cheap cabinets falling apart, never getting enough hot water, and so on. I thought this would be a great place to live in because it is so close to everything but I've decided that taking the extra 15 minutes to get to school or to the strip is worth it to having a better place to live in.

Ok heres the thing. I do not rate Cobblestone creek as a four star apartment complex. I do, however, believe that for the amount of rent I am paying for a one bedroom apartment, I am very happy with this establishment and would rate it four stars for value.
Cons:
Sure, the repair guys take a little longer than usual to fix things, and I have to wait a little while for the water to get hot sometimes. I realize it's not in the safest neighborhood, and it does kind of smell like smoke on the property all the time. The workout room isn't the prettiest, the assigned parking, though abundant
