Silver Creek Apartments

Cyndee and the staff at Silver Creek go above and beyond to help their residents! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and have wonderful attitudes. Cyndee helped me secure a unit for me and my family on short notice during one of the most stressful times in my life. I have peace of mind now knowing we have a place to stay and call home.

This complex is nice with a great location and spacious units, but this review is mainly about the property managers esp. Maddy, Cydnee and Alex. My experience in working with them has been noting but excellent. I have been a tenant most of my adult life and have worked with many property managements in several states, and have to say, these folks are by far the most professional and responsible property managers I have ever met! I have not written a review of a property manager before because, let's face it, it is hard to say nice things about the most, but these guys are an exception. Keep up

I lived at Silver Creek for about a year and a half. The staff (especially Madelynn (property manager) and Carl (maintenance supervisor)) were extremely nice, polite, and addressed service requests promptly. The apartment (1 bedroom) was great - new appliances, clean countertops and windows, no bugs, etc. The pool and gym were also great, and the grounds were always well kept. I am so happy to have lived at Silver Creek, highly recommend.

If you want to hear street noise & your neighbors between the thin walls then move here. But if you want to be able to sleep at night without any noise, this is a BIG NO. It is located as well infront of a carwash and it’s an ongoing noise that does not stop the whole day. Personally would not live here again.

I lived at Silver Creek Apartments for three years. The office manager Maddie is always quick to respond, and everyone who works there is so nice! There's a washer and dryer in the unit, PLENTY of parking, It's right along the bus route for the 1, 12, and 38 which can take you into campus, downtown, or Butler Plaza. Lovely dog park, if you have a pet, with a washing station. Rent is reasonably priced. There's no pest problems, and if you do have one, one call/email to the office, and Carl (maintenance) will spray around your apartment, and call in professional pest control services to spray as

I've been here for almost a year and I am pleased with my apartment and the administration. Carl and Maddy are always ready to help and in no time things get done. This complex is very peaceful and grounds are well maintained. I am looking forward to staying more years at Silver Creek.

Thank you for making this place beautiful and I LOVE the new management. I also love the new paint colors and planned amenities. The apartments are very beautiful inside with washers and dryers and the large, native trees are amazing. I can’t wait for the scooter parking and pool renovations. Before about March of 2015, the company that owned the place was on point. Garage was collected a lot more often and the prop. Manager was very friendly. Now the new company allows the garage to pile up a bit longer. The property manager has dropped the ball a few times with following up on things things like getting documents over to me, not placing my work order in before a major holiday weekend and leaving me with a working washer for a total of seven days. She never follows up on the status of anything. You will have to call her for all things related to maintenance/inquiries. To top it all

For most of the time we lived here, the office manager and maintenance people were extremely attentive and were simply wonderful people. If we had an issue it was fixed promptly.

Big changes came when new owners bought the place in 2015. Luckily we were supposed to renew our lease shortly after the changes. Problems with mold in winter time . U have to run A/C hours to get warm in apt because the unit have old bad windows . in summer time rooms have different temperature because the A/C is working wrong . Also problems with spiders . If u say that u have mold they will tell u have A/C on cold and wear double sox and jacket :) so u dont have moisture in apt .. Easy say do not use heater in winter when is 50°F
