I Love it Here at Colonnade 😁. I have been here for going on six years now and I find it so peaceful in this little community of ours. The front office staff is very helpful, friendly, polite and respectful. Ohhh and I can't forget about the maintenance they are just as awesome and very attentive. So in you are looking for a place to call home come join us. 😊

I loved living here. The staff was great and the apartment was so nice. The area very quaint.
I loved having a gym walking distance and a computer room. The staff always had events that will be forever memorable.
What ruined my whole experience living here was the management team. The main manager was very rude when we ended our lease and even told us we had to hire our own cleaning staff to clean our apartment. He was very arrogant and I only dealt with him that one time. Very shocking because the office team was always very welcoming and friendly.
They should get better management.

Horrible management. People park unused vehicles in spaces and never move them. Cars should be monitored to apt. Cars getting broken in to. Lighting is horrible. Very dark in hallways during the day and lighting at night is dingy compared to surrounding apartment buildings. Lady walks around screaming and scaring children. And more and more shady looking ghetto people moving in. Colonnade is not what it used to be!

For the most part, I'm happy. Any maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner. The noise level is good. I feel safe. The rent isnt cheap and since Covid, we haven't been unable to use the Amenities, so now the rent seems a bit high. Some of the grounds are beautiful. But next to my apartment, its a bit dirty and the grass and shrubs need TLC. I put up a little
"bamboo" fencing to gain some privacy and was told I had to take it down; there are many other apartments that have privacy barriers on their porches and balconies, and they are still up...so this is my biggest complaint.

Area is beautiful however on a personal level I am very disappointed that this apartment complex refuses to go above than what they are legally required to do for their tenants. I previously believed that this place cared about their tenants due to the rhetoric and amenities provided however when COVID started, they were strict to the book. Also, even with the gates and security there were car tires stolen and car break ins. Plus the communication wasn't great, it took about a week to receive email responses from each reply.

We've lived here for the past 2+ years and just signed our new lease for another 14 months. The staff has been very helpful, professional, and courteous throughout our time here. The maintenance crew in particular has helped us with our apartment so many times; especially Eddie, who has fixed virtually everything we've needed. Thank you Colonnade crew! I lived at Colonnade for a total of 2 years and my experience is nothing short of a 5-star review. The girls in the leasing office, Robin, Maricela, and Gabby were always very helpful and provided exceptional customer service. David in the maintenance department was always pleasant and prompt. The Colonnade and David fixed every maintenance issue within the first 24 hours; most issues were fixed the same day. Anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the Riverside or Moreno Valley area, I would highly recommend the Colonnade.

I have tried to be patient with this place. The communication is horrible here and we are constantly getting the run around. I thought I was moving into a nice community but on several occasions emails and calls have been ignored about concerns. My bathroom sink water smells and taste like metal or iron and I was told by maintenance that there is nothing that can be done about it, I DON'T BELIEVE THAT ! I'm sure the pipes are old. Last night someone had a pool party (Thursday night) past 1:30 am and of course there is nobody to contact to complain to. The number that we were given

I have lived here for over 3 years and I have loved every minute. Its extremely dog friendly and there is copious amounts of well cared for yard for the dogs and owners to enjoy. Although no apartment is perfect the staff is always quick to fix it with a smile. When my wife became disabled they went above and beyond to find a bottom floor apt that would make the move easiest for us. The office staff has always had nothing but kindness for us and always went to great lengths to keep the residents happy.

We just moved in yesterday and it is absolutely great. Robin the manager remembered our names from the the first day we put a deposit down. The move in is very smooth and fast and easy due to it is all electronic. They have a beautiful park like setting and great view of the mountains. They even have free yoga classes every Saturday morning. The gym is very up to date great machine's. Last night was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this as your new home.

This is simply the best place in RIverside, Inland Empire I can say. It is a resort. The price is a little high for a student with two kids, with limited income since I'm not allowed to work in the USA, F-1 Visa requirement. However, I think this place worth more than that. In fact, I would buy, own, this apartment for several reasons.
First, safety, I rather eat junk food but to live in a compromised neighborhood. It is a gated community now and they have a private security patrol, flashlights. I used to see outsiders collect cans from trash for recycling but not anymore. Collonade is

I only write this review to second what Ashley, a previous reviewer, has stated, that this complex is NOT SAFE and I would absolutely not recommend anyone move here. Break-ins, sketchy activity both day and night, dumpster divers -- also day and night, hubcaps being stolen, etc.

Our building is located in the back, making it easy for break-ins to occur during the day. I feel very unsafe living here and my heart goes out to those who have had many of their belonging stolen. It seems as though management isn't doing anything to help ensure our safety.

Breaking my rule of only reviewing companies based on positive experiences. I just absolutely regret leasing at Colonnade, I feel we have wasted the hard earned money my husband fights hard to get. Save yourself the troubles and invest your money at a property that's properly managed. I moved in 2 1/2 months ago and I have already submitted my 30 day notice to break my lease. My initial issue was my upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate. I get woken up 530 am every morning to their stomping and slamming cabinets in their apartment. I just wanted to give an update. Our lease is up March 6th so we got the notice. We pay $1157 a month right now. If we signed a new lease, our rent would go up to $1250! OR we could have the "convenience" of paying month to month but the monthly rent would be $1500+! Like are you serious?? This is a 1 bedroom apartment!! I could get a house for that much. I previously lived at the Sienna Pointe apartments for $750 & had NO problems. But here, we've had doorknobs break off & cabinets fall apart. It's really sad that such a high profile apartment complex has cheap cabinets

I live at Colonnade for two years and loved every moment of it. The management are outstanding and have taken care of us. They did an outstanding job explaining the information that I found confusing. The maintenance crew are outstanding and gets the job done in a timely, sometimes immediately, manner.
Aside from the outstanding management, the location is amazing. It is located between Riverside and Moreno Valley which allows you to have choices of where to buy food and supplies. Furthermore, the apartment complex are in close proximity to the 60 and 215 freeway exits which makes it convenient

I had a great 3 years with these people, the staff is very helpful and made my time there hassle free. Never had an issue with neighbors, quiet area, and local area is safe and great for jogging. Minimal noise from the freeway, only issue I ran into was having open parking for guests on weekends, otherwise everything was adequate for a single military serviceman with the Air Force. Even kept my apartment while deployed, never had to worry about security. Would recommend living here, you won't regret it.
